Horrible service! They never called me to pick up my dog and they were about to close. I had to call THEM after a whole day to see if my dog was ready. Charged $45 to shave my hairless dog (so they did practically nothing) and to then tell me that she couldnt shave her face because "the dog wouldnt let her" clearly they are NOT experts. Yet i was still charged the same anount of money. One of her nails was cut wrong and in PAIN! Nasty attitudes and horrible experience. Please dont be fooled by the cute name. Also, on their website it clearly states they do not cage their dogs "as its a spa" and they give them rooms. She then tells me she cant get my dog out of the cage ..i asked excuse me i thought they were not caged and she then states "oh im sorry thats $10 extra". This place is a scam and a joke, plus they dont even seem to like dogs. HORRIBLE!

I have been a client for years. Recently, I had a situatuon and the actual owner Jenny called me after what turned out to be an issue of miscommunication with an another employee. I appreciate her concern and ability to quickly rectify the situation and ensure I continue to receive quality service. Her prompt and effective communication in the situation encourages me to continue utilizing La Bones services. I am very big on the quality of customer service and she nailed it!! She was very nice and passionate about ensuring that I am a happy client and that my dogs a have safe and effective grooming experience! Thank you Jenny!

La Bones owners are wonderful pet lovers. They treat our Maxx as if he were their own beloved pet. La Bone is the ONLY PLACE where Maxx is bathed, given an excellent cut, and even gets his teeth cleaned--and comes home relaxed and happy. No drugs, just tender loving care. What a difference from other places. About 2 years ago at a national chain discount pet store for grooming, Maxx came home unresponsive and wouldnt eat for a couple of days. After a neighbor (a former pet groomer) told us about La Bone, we have never taken him to any other groomers. We couldnt be more satisfied! And Maxx agrees!!!

wow! disgusting service! do not bring your dog here! both my dogs nails were bleeding... I went back and the heavyset woman up front told me it was my fault!? yeah... she handed me my dog back and didnt say anything else... disgusting customer service! I even wrote to the owner and I never got a reply... thats how outstanding they are... when they first opened it was amazing, now it just a disgusting place with a nicer location...do yourself a favor and please do not bring your dog here... now that I remember my dog was shaking... DISGUSTING! STAY AWAY!!!!

Very disappointed. I used them numerous times. One of the last times I went there they cut my dogs nails to short and he was bleeding and in pain. I gave them the benefit of doubt and tried them last week. Not only did the price increase to 55 dollars, but they cut the dogs nails /paws again. This time noone told me. The dog bleed all over the car and he was in pain. I thought maybe I should call them and let them know how disappointed I was, but then I thought 2 times is not a mistake and regardless they lost my business.

OMG!!! WHAT CAN I SAY ABOUT LABONE????.... THATS THE BEST PLACE I EVER FOUND, BEFORE, I LOOK AROUND AND NOTHING, I HAVE A MALE YELLOW LAB I WONT GO NO WHERE ELSE TO DO HIS NAIL AND FIRST TIMES THEY BLEED BUT WHIT A REASON THEY WERE WAY TO LONG.... LET ME TELL YOU SOMENTHING DONT BELIEVE THE BAD THINGS THE PEOPLE WROTE HERE, MOST COMMENTS COME FROM SOMEONE THAT DONT TAKE CARE OF THEIR DOGS AND POST SOME STUPED COMMENTS.... My Dog was grooming at La Bone pet spa... Thiss what I found after I brought him home. A cut and bruises under his back left leg. Plus I was treated rudely! Theres no accident or excuses for what happened to my dog . I have been with La Bone Pet Spa for more then a year now. For the last three times theyve treated me Baydly! Like ... I asked her is that possible I can bring in my dog for haircut today? She answered me was WHATEVER". very unprofessional behavior and bad attitude. Highly do not recommend!

I LOVE LaBone Pet Spa. The people that work there are very helpful and knowledgeable. They carry excellent products and really care about my dogs. My dogs love to go in there and they always come out looking fabulous. I will ONLY take my dogs to LaBone because I totally trust them and I know that my dogs are well taken care of. I have also bought a puppy from there and its the sweetest most lovable dog ever!!! She was also very very healthy and I highly recommend them.

La Bone Pet Spa has the best grooming service around, I have used many within the past 20 yrs and Jenny does exactly what you request, a few yrs back I took my show dog Oreo to have him cut back with a puppy cut, Scared on how he would look as he has always had a long coat I was amazed on how handsome he looked, he has been retired and has been loving his short cute ever since ! Thanks Jenny !

I have been very happy with LaBone. The cut is always perfect and the employees up front are very nice and helpful. Only wish: cameras in the back or a glass wall so we can see the groomers interaction with the animals. Just to many scary videos that have surfaced lately about animal abuse at groomers/vets. I do trust them and would have given a 5 star if they had cameras. :)

We came here because Petsmart would not groom our dog (she was very nervous and wouldnt stay still). Her hair behind her legs was super matted. LA Bone reassured me that they could do it. When I picked her up, they had given her a GREAT shave. All of her matted hair was gone and she smelled great. They even gave her a cute red bandana to wear. I had a great experience!!!

My boys Buttonz and Blue love, love, love La Bone! They do beautiful work, I always get so many compliments when I get them groomed here. The staff is very nice and professional, and they have a great connection with my dogs. They love it! I have been bringing my dogs here regularly, for the past 3 years and havent had one issue :)

Ive tried so many other groomers, and all have failed compared to la bone pet spa, not to be confused with the horrible le bone pet spa. The service is fast, and incredible. My dog came out smelling great, for a long time. Their products are grade-A, and not too expensive.

Arrogant.The minute you walk in you get greeted with a rude remark at the dog apparence....and are obsessed with mats....They would like for you to bring your dog there groomed already.Please leave your bad attitude at home.Not going back,today was the last time.
