I wouldnt even give this place one star. Every time i go in here they never have the things i need. Like today i went to purchase a filter for my snakes waterfall. They no longer sell the pumps i use or the filters for the pump. So i proceeded to ask an employee and was told to buy the filters for a different pump that were on the shelf listed as 4.99$. So i get to the register and the lady tells me they are over 10 bucks. So i tell her the listed price she calls the manager over who tells me "oh these are the 4 pack thats replacing the 3 pack". So basically your store employees have been too lazy to update the price on the shelf. And the thing that irritated me the most is the manager acted like it was no big deal. The store is always unorganized and messy. The employees walk around looking like they would rather be beaten than be working there. This will be my last trip to this joke of a store id rather driver farther to the university location where the people are helpfull, they have what i need, and things are clean and organized than go to this store that clearly could care less about its cuatomers or the products they sell. Terrible store, and terrible management.

I used the online appointment maker to make an appointment for grooming of my dog while I went to my appointment in the area. (I live 45 minutes away.) It seemed easy. I received a text message confirming we had an appointment. When I got to the store and went to the grooming salon, I had to wait while two of the groomers finished their personal conversation. When one of them finally acknowledge me, I was told that there was no one to bathe my dog until 6 hours later or they could make an appointment for me at a different Petsmart. I didnt want to leave my dog in a hot car while I went to my appointment (in the Hanes Mall area), so I had to cancel it and drive 45 minutes back home. Oh, and the front of the store and parking lot are dirty and uninviting.

I brought my sons dog to be groomed. There were instructions on file on how the dog has been groomed in the past. I got him back shaved. Even his ears! They said his hair was matted. While that may be true in a few spots, I am upset that they took such drastic measures. Was there no other way to comb out the mats or was the shaving the easier way to go? Im really upset about the ears. To make matters worse, the left the top of his head and face longer than what it should be so the contrast is that much worse. Looks like we will keep doggie-sitting until some of this grows back. I cant face returning my son his dog back looking like this. What a mess.

DO NOT COME WITH OUT CASH. NO REFUND. The staff knows how to scam money very well indeed. I went to buy supplies and an animal, well they were happy to take my money from my card.... well they over charged me for some of the products and when u went back in to confront them,they told me that I could only get a refund on a damn petsmart gift card, I told them I want cash back, they told me no. So I argued with them and at the end I would have lost money cause they refused to refund me or a damn card that I couldnt use anywhere else. And it was there fault for over charging me in the first place. SO IF YOU USE CARD...YOU CANT GET A REFUND.

I paid to have my dog groomed. When I picked her up five hours later her nails were cut, but she had black in her ears and her anus was bleeding. I feel horrible for leaving my dog with this institution. Not only didnt they perform the duties Id paid for, but they caused my pet harm. I called my veterinarian sister who said it is not at all normal to have a bloody anus after glad expression, and that yes the blackness in the ears should have been cleaned out. Will NOT be taking my dog back here. Waste of money, not only for services not rendered but because I then had to take her to the vet to have her butt examined.

TERRIBLE!!! I took my 13-week-old Maltipoos in for their first grooming at $102.00. BIG mistake!! The staff in the grooming salon was rude, dismissive and unprofessional and my pups looked like they were groomed by Stevie Wonder! There were missed chunks of hair on her neck and legs and gaps everywhere. My daughter left the store crying because the dogs were so "ugly". I showed my dogs to the manager who offered to give me half my money back. Half. In fairness, one pup did look exceptionally worse than the other. DO NOT USE THESE GROOMERS UNLESS YOU WANT THE STEVIE WONDER GROOMING SPECIAL!!

Dont buy fish from this location! Ive gotten fish from other sources that have done really well - I have two 2 year-old tetras from another pet store. When I get fish from here, half of them die with a few weeks, and very few make it more than a couple of months. My water chemistry is fantastic and it is a well established tank! There are always tons of dead fish floating around the tanks at the store. I know the employees notice because they have to push them aside to find a live fish to send home.

First i was forced to buy a cardboard carrier since no one told me when i called prior to visit that i had to have a carrier to transport the kitten, then found out they had free carriers but didnt want us to use it bc they were meant for guinea pigs. I found that the staff were not knowledgeable about where things were in their own store and very rude service. Not a very good selection of kittens to choose from either! Very stressful visit to this store.

Had a price online but for some reason no stores would pull up called the store to see if they could honor the same price as on line stayed on the phone for 10 mins then put me on a 10 min hold. Hung up called back and the same guy picked up (chris) asked to speak to a manager, just said thanks and hung up. Will not shop at that loacation again will continue to use the one on university.

how come every time I get my dog groomed they cant call me like they say when my dog is done ?? I have to call every time and the I get hung up on this time? not the best customers service the past few times Ive been , except for those I know who work the register who are always nice. may need to work on that...
