We were so excited to rescue our new dog and have this cool store to Shop for him. First purchase $63 worth of moisturizing shampoo and an "indestructible" toy. Was told if the dog chewed up the toy we could certainly bring it back. Well, the dog took it apart in a day. I could understand if it lasted a while, but a day? Went to exchange and was told by a very curt manager that one they dont return and her employee wouldnt have said that, two, I needed a tag and lastly, I was over a 10 day policy that I was unaware of. I guess the employee told me incorrectly that I could bring the toy back. I guess her $5 profit was worth more to her than a good customer. Wont be back :(

I stopped in when they first opened. Impressive store. Horrible service. I was at whole foods and stopped in to grab a few things. I honestly dont know how they have kept the doors open. They were more expensive than my normal place, and rude. I was completely ignored, while I checked out I felt like I was an inconvenience.

We went in to look at options for switching our picky-eater over to higher quality dog food. Sam was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us a couple of samples as well as a wealth of information. Well definitely be back!!

Nice place, great selection. Friendly staff will order something if they dont carry it. Prices are high but selection is great. Theres a sale section thats fun to try cheaper new things.
