Update - Oh and hey actually shaved her knots behind the ears and behind her legs and GOT HER SKIN! There is a long red prominent scratch where they shaved! I have a beautiful goldendoodle that ended up looking like a skinny dog after her haircut here. Totally changed her "Goldendoodle look". I specifically told them to not cut her hair too short and to just cut it half its length now. See for yourself in the pre and post haircut pictures. They cut it so short, they might as well have shaved it! Not happy at all. When I asked them, they gave me some reasons about her having knots and the clippers not going through - which I can understand - but isnt it their job to get the knots out first and then cut her hair if I am paying $105 for her haircut? I am still willing to give them the benefit of the doubt that "may be what they are saying is true" but I expect them to call me, explain the situation and ask me if its okay to proceed and cut her hair that short. It also took them over 5 hours to groom my dog. This was my first time there and the last!

Dont be mislead by the positive reviews. Horrible attitude - lazy, irresponsible, and calous. We asked for a small trim. The idiot that runs the place completely shaved our dog. I found cuts under her arms, on her stomach, and we had initially asked to take very little hair off. His excuse was that there were too many mats. So many excuses to be lazy and our dog was injured. That is like a landscaper being asked to trim a tree and cutting all the branches off because it was too hard to trim properly. Oh except this is my dog! My best friend and daughter. Not a tree. Some groomers dont deserve to be in business. Never taking my dog here again. I have the right mind to post flyers all over the dog park with pictures of their negligence. Last but not least I found a mat on her leg the day after her appt. So not only did they shave all her hair off with the excuse that there were too many mats, but they didnt even get all of the mats off. Ridiculous.

I have been going there for years....they are WONDERFUL!!! Clean Clean Clean....the dogs are kept separately....Paulo and his ENTIRE staff do a great job....he has groomed Bucca for 8 years (a large yellow lab - that is a big baby) Tikki - (a Persian cat) who is Paulos favorite....for 8 years - and Tikki loves Paulo as well.....Tikki gets the lion cut....ADORABLE.....Yoda (a Malitpoo) for 4 years - the newest baby Jersey (a Shih Tzu) for 2 years....I wouldnt go anywhere else....I would recommend him to anyone - and I have - and they just love Pupplicious!!!! Nice Job!!!!

Brought my dog there for the first time for a bath and flea dip, once my dog came home I noticed more fleas on her so I called them and they told me to come back that weekend and have a free flea dip. I went back that weekend and when I got my dog back she was whining and favoring her tail, not waging it or anything (she wags her tail all day). They denied anything happening to my dog, even though there is a knot on her tail. Obviously something happened to her at this place, not going to take my dog there ever again.

Great experience! I have an 8 month old maltese who is very hyper. He had never been groomed and began looking a bit unkempt, so I made an appointment to have him groomed. This was his first time ever getting a haircut. The staff was friendly and the price was reasonable. When I returned to get him, he looked exactly the way I asked him to look. Great haircut and style, smelled great, was happy, and had a bow and handkerchief. I will return and highly recommend them. Thanks!

I am looking for a new groomer so I was reading your reviews. I wanted to let you know as a business owner myself its not always the reviews themselves that turn new customers away it can also be the response the owner gives to those bad reviews. Calling customers names and liars is not the way to generate new customers or how you should handle an unhappy customer. To bad because your located close to home.

I have been taking my ShihPoo Gucci there since 2009 and cant say enough about this groomer. Paulo is absolutely the best groomer around. He is extremely talented with grooming - I was out of town and had to take Gucci to be groomed to another place in Jacksonville and WOW what a difference from Puppylicious. I strongly recommend you try Puppylicious and Ill bet you dont go anywhere else.

Amazing! They care for my dog, tell me if she has ticks or fleas and anything they did to help my dog. My dog comes out of there happy, healthy, and beautiful. I always ask Paulo (the owner) to put perfume on my dog because I love the scent. The bows on her hair look gorgeous! I love Puppylicious! I would sooooooo recommend this place to a friend

This place is amazing! My dog Abby loves coming here and getting a bath. She comes home happier and smells great. The place is a true beauty salon. When you walk in, you see a variety of outifts and things for dogs and cats. Everytime my wife goes there she has to buy a cute outfit for Abby. I go there every saturday. Excellent!

I bring my long haired main coon cats here, and Puppylicious did an AMAZING job!!! I was extremely happy with the service my babies received... My cats looked soo adorable afterwards... It was absolutely worth it!! Plus, not only did they look great, I had less hairballs around the house! lol... :) Its a win-win!!
