I bought some fish at this store and put them in my clean fish tank. The next day 3 of the seven were dead. I have had fish tanks for years and I understand sometimes they die. At Pet Supermarket they are not very gentle when catching your fish so they are sometimes damaged during the process. I brought my new, dead fish back to the store to get them replaced but the young manager explained that I needed to bring in a water sample which I in turn made her test the water in their tank due to the fact that ALL of the fish in the tank mine was taken from, were dead...... She tried to act as though I was an uneducated fish owner. I will be speaking with the manager. A simple fix would have been to just give my money back (as I dont want to contaminate my tanks with their fish) but she wanted to be snotty about it and show her lack of experience and professionalism as a manger. I wont be conducting any more business at this store. Pet Smart is right down the road.......

Very unkind, I went there to get prescription diet food for my cat and they told me they didnt have it and that I only could get that from my pets veterinary, I had the vets prescription on my hand, they didnt even look at it and told me I couldnt get that kind of food in any store, so o went to Pets mart and they helped me very kindly and sold me the special food and even made a file of my cat and gave me a card so I could buy it anytime . I would never go to pet supermarket again, very unfriendly people

Very informative and calm. While getting advise about perches for my quaker parrot you couldnt help but listen to this angry and stubborn woman at the front of the store. The woman was getting angry only because she didnt have the receipt to return her purchases. Normally at other stores ive seen the employee give the customer attitude but this stores employee gave her nothing but respect and stayed calm while the customer made a fool of her self.

Extremely happy with the service I received tonight Donnie the manager and Frank help me with getting fish and setting up a fish tank they were very very very knowledgeable about the process and they were both extremely knowledgeable about the fish I am so happy and will always come back to this location and store I will be a loyal customer thank you so much Donnie and Frank

Worst pet store ever! I got a fish for my tank and the employee said it was semi agressive, and a day later, he ate all of my fish! When I came back, they told me I can give the fish back to the store, but I cant exchange it for another fish or get a refund! My advice- go to Petsmart.

they sell hermit crabs with painted shells which is terrible for them, they had no salt water for their hermies (they need both clean and salt water) and practically no humidity in their tank. All this causes stress for the poor crab.

My dog came in and took a piss immediately. They were cool about it, Im sure it happens a lot. Someone came up and asked if I needed help which was cool, and the thing I was buying wasnt a bad price either. Would come back again.
