Horrible customer service! My boyfriend bought me a bracelet from the Williamsburg store on Valentines Day and we wanted to return it the same day to the location here at Patrick Henry Mall and the lady told us no! She said they cant to returns the same day from another location because its not in the system yet????? So we said okay, well come back. Just went back today and a lady said sorry not enough money in their drawer. Mind you, it was 190 bucks. How is this our problem! The lady said keep calling until they have the money or wait two weeks to get a check cut! Ya, no. So now i dont get a valentines day gift, thanks to their crappy customer service! Just called back today and the Manager said she still doesnt have the money in the drawer....since the 16th! Yeah right. They are lazy and horrible.

Stay away unless a sales associate Tara is working she is amazing. My Fiance got me an engagement ring and once i went back to have it resized because it was a little looser than i realized. one sales associate looked at my ring and said this is a promise ring not an engagement ring. Regardless i picked it out myself and love the ring. Its not an employees job to comment on someones choice. I will never return here unless i deal with Tara directly.

Pro: Centrally located in the mall and well staffed. Decent discounts and they support military. Willing to fix mistakes. Con: Issues with following directions for special orders. In one case it took four tries to get my wifes wedding bands and engagement rings properly engraved and soldered. Overall: Recommended for basic jewelry needs, but not complicated jewelry repair.

Ive been in the store for about 10 to 20mins now. Only 2 people working and no one has even acknowledge that I am standing here. If this is how they treat their account holders and credit card holders than I advise possible "new" customers to find another location. Very rude, unprofessional.
