If I could give zero stars I would. Honesty, the employee and the manager spent more time telling us what they could NOT do for us than what they could. I picked out a lovely diamond necklace, $2,000.00 range. I needed a longer chain. They could NOT swap it out and just charge me the difference. I had to buy both chains. The 18 in and the 20 in I wanted. This was an exchange but we spent more money. They gave us a $200.00 discount on the original purchase (some kind of in store coupon). On the diamond necklace plus the additional chain they would only give us a $100.00 discount. They couldn"t even explain why? Just because. The manager, Kayla acted like she enjoyed telling us " No, just because." It made no sense to us. We explained we didnt even return everything from the original purchase. We kept a $1,300.00 ring which they gave us no discount. The discount was only for the items we were returning. So in end we spent an additional $350.00 and they took away a 100.00 discount. Just because. We are good customers, have spent a pile of money in that place. We told them we were not happy and they lost a customer. The manager, Kayla especially, could have cared less. She said, "have a nice evening" and flippantly walked away leaving us standing there with the sales person holding a $2,000.00 diamond necklace. This all over $100.00 discount on a total sale of almost $4,000.00. My husband wanted to tell them to keep it and get a refund but he knew how much I liked the necklace. So, he bought it for me anyway, even though the customer service by the manager was horrible. Almost insulting, really. The salesperson felt bad and told us, if she was the manager she would make it right but there was nothing she could do. Wow, I guess they have plenty of customers. They dont need us!

My now fiance and I were looking at engagement rings. We had been to probably 10 different places. He was very particular about the quality and right price for what he was getting. The other problem was that I am a size 4 so many places wouldnt size down the ring we wanted, they could only special order it and it would take 6+ weeks. With me being pregnant, we didnt have time for that! He finally went without me to Jareds and told me I would have a ring the next day at 7 PM. I thought no way...but WOW! (They do everything on site) It was the perfect ring, perfect diamond, in my size, & somehow he didnt have a huge amount of buyers remorse! I believe he went through the assistant manager named Amy? to make it all happen. He got a gorgeous setting with a VS2 colorless diamond he chose for a better price that other places! We are both extremely pleased at what they were able to do for us. Its been almost a month now and I am still gawking at it. He gets compliments all the time for how good he did. Highly recommend!

This is the only store that we (myself and husband) shop at. Ive got my engagement ring from here and no other ring can compare, even at Jareds. Ive had my Pandora bracelet from there as well and my husbands wedding band. Now he has broken his ring many of times due to the nature of his job and every time it was a hassle free return. They know us by name when we enter the building and instantly take care of us no matter why we are there. No other store can compare to them and never will!

Ok. Ive read some of the reviews here and they are alright, but let me just tell you about this store. This store is amazing with amazing people there to take care of you. I have met both the manager and the assistant manager and they are just some lovely people! You will NOT be disappointed coming to Jared. Im now engaged with an amazing ring and I could not be any happier. Thank you Jared Galleria of Jewelry and all the people who work there to make it such a wonderful experience!!

We will never be visiting this Jared or any Jared ever again. We took my Great Grandmothers wedding ring to this location to have it re-sized. They sent it out to have the work done. When the ring was sent back to the store, the employee unpacking the box it came it got distracted. He ended up THROWING A 80 YEAR-OLD RING IN THE TRASH. Because of them we now have lost a very important family heirloom.

Great service and beautiful jewelry. I get all my jewelry repaired and cleaned at this location. They dont send it out and you can see whats happening on site if you want. The staff is friendly and helpful and they have a large selection of beautiful jewelry and watches from which to choose. Definitely my favorite jewelry store in the area.

Nice selection of jewelry... When you are purchasing the salespeople are extremely nice... When you are making a payment for the items you already bought, they act like you are wasting their time. Totally different treatment after the sale. I dont see myself purchasing anything else, thats not how to retain customers

I really wish I could leave no stars. We will NEVER come back here. Horrible customer service especially by the manager. Please just read others horrible reviews that trail - apparently they have a history of being rude and careless to their customers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They dont care.

Refused my business because I came 2 minutes after they closed even though there were other customers browsing the store. I was prepared to spend a lot of money too & knew exactly what I wanted. Guess Kays will be handling all my jewelry needs from now on.

The people who work here think that they are more than you are. As soon as you walk through the door they stereotype you to whether u have money or you dont, if they think you do then they are all smiles in your face if not they ignore you.
