Bought the perfect necklace as a graduation gift two years ago with a protection plan. I asked at the time what happens if I dont have the warranty since it is a gift. I was told it would be under the name and ANY Kays could look it up. Well, thats only if they RECORD the purchase and warranty. Guess what, nothing was listed under my name so the necklace that broke is NOT covered, they can fix it for a charge. I suggest the NEXT time anyone purchased from Kays, watch them enter your information. Then go home and call them in three days to see if your items is actually listed. Very disappointing.
