I bought my wife her engagement ring and worked with both Sarah and Mickey to create a unique but elegant ring. They were so helpful and patient through the entire process- which was quite a process given that I was living in California at the time. I grew up in Ithaca and during a visit back home I started working with Mickey on the ring. Their customer service was incredible! They even sent me photos of the ring while it was being created. Mickey and her staff really embody a unique, locally handmade jeweler. We also purchased our wedding bands which involved creating a custom band for my wife to match the engagement ring. It turned out beautifully!

Really cute little store with a friendly staff. They helped my wife and I pick out our wedding rings, and they were at a very reasonable price and were able to meet our short deadline and got them to us within a week. They also did a fantastic job resizing our engagement rings which had pretty intricate designs and repairing some scratches and dings that they had picked up. I would go here if you need to have an important piece of jewelry repaired.

Ive shopped in many jewelry stores in Ithaca and beyond. Hala, Micky and the goldsmiths are great! They all have a passion for gemstones and have really cool styles for a variety of taste.The quality of the craftsmanship is unbeatable and priced very fairly. The staff are open and approachable as well as true pros! I would send friends and family to these guys anytime.

order an engagement ring with a diamond. When the ring was delivered the stone was cracked. I called right away and took photos of the cracked stone. The owners response was " I never guaranteed the stone wouldnt be cracked".. It was supposed to be white gold but I doubt the metal content as well. It was a shoddy looking poor quality piece of work.

They are not up front. Make sure you get a written quote and make sure you know exactly what you drop off. When I went to pick my piece up the cost was more than double than what was verbally quoted and it was missing some of the jewels.

What a fun little jewelry store! Went for a ring repair, got it back looking better than new! Wouldnt expect such a quality jewelry store in this neck of the woods.
