Just wanted to share a recent experience with the Jareds location in White Marsh. My husband bought a wedding band for me for a Christmas present. At the time of purchase, he was told by the sales associate, Jason Stoneberger, that there would be no interest for the purchase for 12 months and that the account with Kay Jewelers could be used and transferred for the purchase. Both of his selling techniques were incorrect. A new credit card account was opened. We just received the first statement for the purchase and interest had already been posted. We called and spoke with the manager, Kristen, and she said the purchase had to be at least $1,000 and 20% would have had to be paid within 30 days. This was not the information Jason had told my husband. We have now spoken to Kristen and customer care. The options we were given were (1) return my ring within 3 days or (2) spend another $300 at the store and put 20% down to get the 0% interest for 12 months. We are very unhappy with the service at this location and the options we were given regarding an error from their employee. The sales associate got credit for the credit card application and purchase by providing inaccurate information. As a result, we will be returning my wedding band that my husband bought as my Christmas gift. I would not advice any purchases from Jareds.

Just a bad experience. Went there with my daughter today to buy a bracelet for my wife. Its our 11 year wedding anniversary. I knew the bracelet I wanted before I walked in. To bad I never got to see it. Not once in the twenty minutes I was there did anyone say anything to me. There were three salespeople on the floor and they were each helping someone. Once a salesman freed up I was thinking okay now Ill get some service. Nope, a lady who walked in after me was greeted and shown her Pandora charms. Still not a word said to me. Then another salesman comes out from the back. Okay finally Im gonna get some help, Nope she never said a word and proceeded to stand by the front door and stare outside. AT this point there was no way I was gonna buy from these people. I told my daughter to come on and we left. The lady by the front door didnt even say a word when we left. Mind you there was only 3 customers in the store when I got there. All in all a joke of a store. You cant expect people to spend thousands on jewelry at your store when you dont even acknowledge their presence. All good, Littmans made a nice sale today. Last thing, their chocolate diamonds look horrible.

Horrible, horrible place. You have to wait for a long time for help. We tried to buy our wedding rings there and they mess up everything. They ordered the wrong ring, then they ordered the wrong size ring, then the ring came back and it was damaged. They charged us more money to replace diamonds with sapphires. My spouse finally gave up and went elsewhere for a ring. I foolishly stayed with them. I had several things that needed to be done to my ring (that they screwed up) and I couldnt get it until 2 weeks before my wedding. I am not one to write a bad review but they really deserve it. The waiting, the rudeness and the incompetence. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! I bought a ring for my girlfriend. Within a couple of months 2 stones had fallen out, they said the reason was because it was sized down to much..which they told me they could do without any problems. Please dont go here and waste your time and money for a place that can hardly be called a business. I will never shop here again.

Ive been working with Christine now for almost 3-4 months to try and get my ring fixed that i had originally brought in for a cleaning, and they decided to fix half the shank and replace the head that held my diamond with something that didnt even look like my Engagement ring that my husband purposed to me with..... Im extremely pissed at this point.

My husband went to Jareds with my children to buy a Christmas present. The sales people are horrible. They ignored them and waited on everyone else around them. My husband finally left. Only when he reached for the door did someone stop him. By then it was too late. My husband took his money elsewhere.

A wonderful place to buy jewelry. The sales people are wonderful. The store is always clean and the bathrooms are second to none ( just try the one at Sears).
