My daughter took her puppy for his first grooming and full care. What a horrendous mistake. The hair cut and other services were "ok" but they mutilated and tortured our dog. In addition we dropped him at the store around 4:30 when we came back at 8:30 we where told they were still working on him, clearly trying to hide what they had done to his eye. He looked presentable from far away but when we came close to the window me & my daughter became horrified to see the severe damage to my dogs right eye and my daughter burst into tears. They made him cry and pulled his neck so much that he came out with a cherry eye, both eyes were bloody red and the right one had the gland out. We saw Annia a butcher from the store hold him along with an assistant with two straps each lady pulling in a different way. Im so mad because I did not go in and took my dog way from those two "ladies". Our dog was crying and shaking refusing to be treated and they kept on working on him holding his mouth tight so they could finish. When they realized it was our dog they were torturing then they made us believe they were caressing him and kind of rushed to finish. When he saw us he cryed like a baby, his heart was pounding and he was gasping for air. When we ask about the eye they hard the nerve to tell us that he had come with it. We just kept on telling "No, no he was ok when he came in". We were crying not believing what they had done to him, but the worst of it all we realized next day when he kept on scratching his tummy. They shave him soooo close that they took along part of his skin. Now he has four ulcers in his tummy and we are putting antibiotic on them until tomorrow until his vet in Gainesville will see him. These overworked, not properly trained people should no work on little helpless creatures. I blame myself for not doing anything to prevent this people from continuing hurting other animals or making a demonstration to the customer of the store of what those people are capable of doing. My daughter is traumatized and doesnt even want to talk about it all; she cries everyday feeling guilty of taking him there. We just want people to be aware. No one should suffer like we have at the hands of these monsters.

Been to this PetSmart location multiple times as its the closest to my house, I had never had a great experience but it was also not horrible. Until last week, I bought a new retractable leash for my Yorkie, and in less than a week the thing broke. The entire leash came out of its compartment and wouldnt retract. We took it back that same day and were met with rude and condescending attitudes from the start. Being told we were using it wrong, that we had gotten the wrong size, etc. etc. As if it was all our fault the leash had broke, mind you we werent complaining or anything we simply wanted to return something that was clearly damaged. After explaining all of this to an employee he calls his manager, Donald, who takes a look at our product and sends us to another employee who cant refund us our money and sends us back to Donald. Overall a really horrible experienced to be judged for a faulty product and to have to deal with employees who clearly dont want to do their jobs.

The hospital is great and the customer service in the store also but the grooming salon NO NO!! I made an appointment with them and when I called to confirm the lady that picked up the phone first told me that I didnt have an appointment, then when she finally found it she told me that my dog couldnt be attended because the person who was supposed to give me the service ( the one that also gave me the appointment) was gone ( literally like that: " she just went home and the rest of the employees are busy , you will have to reschedule." I ended up paying about $ 30.00 to the vet to have my dogs anal glands expressed, then I went to the grooming salon to ask for another appointment and saw that the girl that had supposedly left was attending another dog. Very disappointing,dishonest and unprofessional.

I am very disappointed with the customer service. My son went to buy an Aquarium and they overcharge him when I went with the receipt to adjust the prices the cahier told me that she only is going to adjust the aquarium not the others products. So that when I realize time to return everything and go to another store. I went to Wal-Mart and save 40.00 for the same products. Last time that I buy something from Pet Supermarket. Good luck if you panning to buy from them and check you receipts.

This place has everything I need for my dog, but the grooming service is bad. I took my dog there one time and asked that his anal glands to expressed and they did not do it. I know this because I took him to the vet the next day and had my vet to do it because he kept scooting. Well, guess what the vet told me that his anal glands were not expressed and most likely just said they did. Besides that everything else with this place is fine.

Whenever I visit the store Im helped by an employee who is very friendly and informative. Stephanie explains and shows me which products are best for my cat and dog. She knows alot about pets. Its always a pleasure to be helped by her.

Ive been there twice for a nail trim.. first time waited 1 1/2 hours for service. Today I was turned away.. the two ladies at the grooming salon would not take a Labrador retriever..they only do small dogs!
