Would not return 6 neon tetras with receipt and water sample. Was told nothing of store policy requiring dead fish be kept when buying the fish and website is down for maintenance. Was also sold a common ghost shrimp listed as a much more expensive type. Also recommended a Gyrinocheilus aymonieri to clean algae. Again incorrect and overpriced.

I dont know why anyone would say their customer service is "terrible". I have always had great customer service there! Sometimes they are busy and there may be a wait but they do the best they can with the staffing that is available. I shop their often and plan to continue to do so!

Its pet supermarket so its not the best company but i bought an otter mini rex from this location and the staff was very nice and attentive. She is healthy and well and wasnt sold with illnesses. And the store was very very very clean and organized.

Perfect for all your pet needs. Plus there are some hot cuties workn there. Also theres this red head dude that knows everything about reptiles. If hes not the manager now, he should be.
