They told us when we called about the appointment that it would only be 57 dollars for our two chihuahua dogs. Then when we checked out they said it would be 90 dollars unless we signed up for a card. It took them 3.5 hours to bath one and clip nails both dogs and groom the on of them. Our normal groomer can do both dogs in 1.5 hours for half the price. We told them to trim around the ears and tail of the one dog, but they did not trim around the ears and tail. Also when we picked up the dogs, they forgot to give us back the rabies papers. But they were able to mail them back to us so that part worked out.

I watched an employee throw a ferret down in its cage during cleaning...then slap the ferret with a clump of bedding several times. The ferret was snapping and trying to bite the employee in its attempt to protect itself. I reported this to management immediately. Be very, very observant in this store!!!...for the benefit of the animals in their care. Report any abuse you see!!!!

I was decently pleased with the service. I was looking for things for my dog, so I asked an employee named Josh. The first thing he recommended was the Fancy Feast for my mut. This worked out "really well" for my dog. I walked in the other day wanting a Guinea Pig for my son, so I walked with a Tarantula recommended by the same good old Josh.

I think it beats both of the nationwide chains (Petco and PetSmart) in both prices and service. I think that the selection is at least on par with the big ones. Worth a stop in if you have pets that you buy for.

Good selection pf pet supplies. Usually have a few cats, ferrets, birds and a lot of different fish to adopt. Havent had much interaction with staff so cant really comment on that.

Everyone is very helpful here and they really care about their animals. Dirty dog discount card is well worth the money if you need to take your dogs somewhere to bathe them.

Nice helpful staff. Animal cages arent dirty. Reptiles are kept a bit too cool based on the thermometers in the cages though.

Definitely the best selection of fish in the area and small reptiles seem cared for much better than other chain pet stores.
