I dropped my dog off today and the the lady at the front desk was nothing but rude, I almost didnt leave my dog but I have heard great things about this place. Once I picked my dog up today he did smell very great BUT his nails were not clipped and his collar was way to tight I was surprised he could breathe. Also unfriendly when I left. Not only did I pay $40.00 for a shampoo they were not friendly at all. I will never return.

Just called to get info about cakes and treats for a doggie birthday and she says yes we have them, asked about custom then asked about other things and just dead silence after we have them. They really must not be excited about sales WOW!!! I even told her Id be traveling from Beaufort or Savannah ...then I told her she told me nothing, not even go to our website and see something...

I have been taking my poodle there my toy poodle there since she was little and they have continuously done a great job at a very reasonable price. I had taken her to other places on the island and they buy far do the best job. My baby is very picky about treats and food, but she loves their doggie cookie treats.
