I would have rated this place a five star if it WASNT for the manager, ivette. I come here at least four times a month because I love the employees here. Kiara is the best small animals employee and helped me a ton with my sale. Oscar is also extremely helpful. I tried to return an item,and it took thirty minutes to do because the entire bedding section is mislabeled for whats on sale. If you run out of a product and no longer sell it, why is there price signs there for an entirely different product? I had to walk back two times from the register to go pick out an item that WAS on sale. This manager gave me a hard time to even use my 3 dollar off coupon for answering their survey and giving them a great review! Not only that but she gave me attitude when I said that it was extremely inconvenient to have to walk back TWICE to go find a different product that was on sale. The employees here are amazing, knowledgeable and well mannered. CHANGE YOUR MANAGEMENT.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! I come here at least 2 times a week for my 5 pets. Never enough cashiers, nobody helps me, always have to wait like 20 minutes for crickets, the cashier doesnt speak enough English. When I complained the cashier tells me "well what do u want me to do? Im doing a return" with the snarkiest attitude. Seriously ?!?!?! Get a better freaking attitude. When a customer is complainin you dont whine back at them. And the old man manager, "we are doing the best we can" well hmph! because the service sucks. I can never say "Im going to petsmart really quick" because its going to for sure be a 30 min mission just to check out. WORST WORST WORST WORST. Id rather drive all the way to PETCO on 120 and 88th rather than go up the street to this petsmart. Plus PETCO is cleaner and has a million times better customer service.
