I wish I could give ZERO stars!! First off, I spend a tremendous amount of money in that store being a loyal customer just to end up getting horrible service. Granted, overall the cashiers were pleasant and helpful and Bailey the trainer was great in the training classes BUT....from day one walking into the groomers, I have dealt with unprofessional people and those who display actions that says "I dont even want to be here". With that being said whos the problem, my pup or the employees??!!...I ask that because let them tell it my 4lb yorkie is just the worst case theyve ever had and in all of petsmart history theyve never dealt with such a vicious and wild animal!! Really?! My question is, is this NOT YOUR JOB?! ARE YOU NOT TRAINED ON HOW TO HANDLE PUPS TO DOGS BIG ONES TO SMALL ONES?! No my pup is not used to the whole grooming process shes a PUP fairly new to the world, is it her fault?! Its something she has to get use to BUT how can she if she refused the min we walk in the door. lets be real, again with the unprofessionalism thats displayed and the "I dont want to be here" attitude, whos really the problem. How are the pets really being treated when we are gone?!The last time I went in, my services were denied (FOR A NAIL CLIPPING) stating they can no longer accept my pup because she is "not a good fit" and that I need to take my pup to the vet to be dealt with because they no longer would!!....WHAT?! I was furious because no one even bother to tell me WHEN I NOT LONG B4 THAT WENT IN FOR A BATH AND CUT!! how was she accepted 3 times before (for a cut and a couple baths) and all of a sudden can no longer provide services to my pup. I will say one associate did try to instruct the other one on how to bypass the computer system to still service me....did she?....NO!! I am truly disgusted and will NEVER AGAIN spend money in that store! I dont recommend taking ur pet there unless they are one of the regulars who are easy to deal with and who they are already use to.

My pup Sullivan had a grooming appointment we had made Saturday evening for today at 4:30. Which we were told was the EARLIEST time we could get in. That was fine and we agreed. So today rolls around (I got out at 2) and I called to verify my appointment because I always do that just to double check myself even though it was written on my calendar. The woman named kaitlyn on the phone told me that I had MISSED my appointment. I told her it was not possible because my husband and I had made the appointment together. And she said "well maam youre appointment was at 1 and you missed it- not my problem." Are you kidding me?? She said we are full until Thursday- I told her we were going out of town and I had a hair appointment on Thursday. So rudely she said " well you shouldnt have missed your appointment" I was and still am appalled at the service I had received over the phone. Makes you think how they are treating your animals. I will not be going to pet smart ever again.

I had my cat shaved at this Petsmart. It is entirely possible I just got a bad stylist, but she didnt do a good job. There are small patches where it is uneven, and lines left in the fur (which may just be how that works. Hes only been shaved 3 times, by 3 different people/places and the lines show up each time). Also, I didnt request a specific cut, but they did not fade the line on his neck between where he was shaved and the the unshaved part of his head. I would not consider this a bad review, because I did not specify what cut I wanted or come back with him to have the small patches fixed. I do not have the time to take him back, nor do I want to pay $61.00 to give them another chance.

Again you take what you can get in Beaufort; Bluffton offers both Petco and Petsmart. Go figure. Anyway this Petsmart is to small to have Banfield in it but they do offer grooming and puppy training classes. The food selection is huge and yet somehow limited; not carrying all the Breed specific Eukabana varities or Taste of the Wild foods at a decent price. I have found the best way to deal with this store, like many here , its too order online and have it delivered to the store, if they do not offer free delivery or you cannot trust having it on your stoop. The STAFF are ALWAYS helpful and polite.

I have found a great groomer at PetSmart in Beaufort. Her name is Jenny, and she is wonderful with my 8-year-old Maltese, Emi. Jenny is good with people, is gentle and loving to my dog, and does a great groom. I have never had anything but the best care for Emi from all the employees at the grooming center in PetSmart. Ive been using them for about 8 months now after moving back to the U.S. from Taiwan. It took me awhile to find someone here I trust, and Jenny is that groomer. Thanks, PetSmart and Jenny!

Just left petsmart. It was our first time taking our babies to their groomers. They did phenomenal! My 2 babies came out so happy and smelling so good. Their fur was beautifully washed and so silky soft. The babygirl even had 2 cute bows! They even helped us to lower the cost with coupons and promotions that were going on. Very friendly folks. Loved loved loved LOVED my experience with them. I will be back again very soon! THANK YOU PETSMART!!!!!

Will never set foot back in that store again! We made 3 separate trips to this store for a guinea pig for our 2 year old. We were told what day they would arrive so we returned and they said "oh we never got a shipment". No one offered an apology, no one offered to call another store, nothing- everyone could care less! We had promised my 2 year old a guinea pig and that they would be here today so we had to drive an hour away to another store!

Great experience yesterday! I just got a new dog and needed to stock up. I was greeted right away and checked on several times including by the manager. In particular, DAngelo told me how to get a $15 off coupon using a text code which was much appreciated considering all the stuff I needed. My experiences havent always been so pleasant at this store, but today makes me happy to go back in the future!

When I arrived for my grooming appointment they told me they could not accept my pet because she was on medication. They never asked if she was on medication when I called to ask about appointments and never mentioned any restrictions. Just wasted an hour of my time, got my pet all upset in the car ride, for absolutely nothing.

Disappointed! Took my Miniature Schnauzer puppy today for a Puppy trim and they shave up one eyebrow out, didnt clean the eyes well and dint trim him well either. Very bad job and didnt put him a bandana thats included in the "package" price.

I took my puppy in for her first time cut. They were so nice and she looked adorable. I took Zoe again and he looks even better. I will go back every time and ask for Katelyn D. She is fantastic and always does a great job.
