Sir Catfish

Horrible! These people wont let me buy a turtle because i have a 30 gallon tank and they want me to buy a 120 gallon tank for ONE TURTLE! Even when i agreed they still tried to make me buy a basking light which I have and a dock which were each 30 bucks! The manager then said that I was not qualified for a turtle. Bullshit dont tell me a tank that big cant hold one turtle. Petsmart on the other hand said it was fine and not to worry about it. Never coming here again!

I’ve never had a problem at this Petco location. Even though the staff tends to be young they have been more professional than other adults I’ve had to deal with. As far as products I’ve found anything for my pets that I’ve had to find and the grooming always did a great job.

The staff was very helpful here. Anytime we needed assistance with awkward or uncommon accessories or foods theyve always been very helpful. We purchased a bearded dragon here and we buy our pet supplies here for a dog.

Yesterday, an employee did not want to attend because my English is not fluent. If she treats clients like that, I can not imagine how she treats pets. Other Petco stores are good, never imagine this in Miami.

Helpful staff, vast selection of products. Theyre hosting some adorable cats from the Cat Network. The cats are all microchipped, fixed, and given shots. If only I lived here, Id take them all!
