I took my Yorkie to get groom the girl that was going to groom him ask me what would I like I told her and repeated my self to make sure she got it My husband went to pick him up because I had to leave when I arrived my Yorkie was chopped up just like the style , the girl had on ,crappy .I ask for a trim on his skirt she cut off his skirt I ask for ears to be trim they were not trim thank goodness for that ,who knows what she would have done dont cut to much on his legs ,it was a close cut ,I ask for a trim she cut his hair short why even bother to ask customer what they want when they do as they feel like .Lost a customer and many more as I tell every one who I know you got lucky if I didnt happen to you maybe next time you be surprise

I had been coming to this petco for shopping and grooming for a while. Last time I attempted to make an appointment for grooming they said NO because my dog bites?! When every single time I picked him up from grooming asked how he did and always got "great" "awesome" as answers. Never got a complaint. All I know is Im never coming back. Now, I prefer to support small businesses/ groomers who have a genuine love for animals (there are plenty out there).

We were taking our VERY timid dog to this place for over a year, all of a sudden they say he tried to nip at them. I am so upset with them, because they have had to hurt him because he never has ever nipped at anyone EVER!! If you need your dog groomed,do not take him/ her here! If I could give them a zero rating, I would. Does this look like a terrifying dog? Hes scared to death of a fly swatter or rolled up newspaper!!

This is a nice Petco. I get my dog groomed here and they do an excellent job every time. The staff is very kind and helpful. The ladies is the grooming Dept seem to really love their job and love the dogs which is great. The prices are fair and it takes a reasonable amount of time.

Customer service is EXCELLENT! Youre not just a stranger here, staff develops relationships and are always willing to listen. Theyre also better educated on pet care than in other stores.

Buy food for my cat and bearded dragon and the customer service is amazing... come this pet store at least 2 times a week.
