Its a young team in this store but they are very knowledgeable and all seem very caring about the animals in this store. I have personally witnessed their tenderness with the birds and their knowledge of their personalities! I was there one day when one of the cats was being adopted and they were all genuinely happy and celebratory that the cat was going to a good home. They even explained to the new owners what games and favorite toys the cat preferred. Whenever I need advice or help regarding my own pets, they seem to know exactly how to solve it. And rely on each other to confirm that their advice is on track. I am very impressed by the employees of this store.

The employees have no experience with fish. They are dirty sales people. I even spoke with the manager because I got an eel there that died in my tank. I dont know how it died. It could have been many reasons but the guy who sold him to me had no experience and didnt tell me it was a brackish water eel. The manager even told me that his employees are not that experienced but he said hes trying to get experienced people asap. Also, he told me if he was gonna sell me the eel, he would have told me what I was getting my self into. Why have someone work in the fish section if they dont no anything about fish? Thanks pet supermarket.

These people are awesome. The kod in the fiah section answered all my questions, and was always available to help me out. Way better than these other pet stores. I just wish they would do the veterans discount more than one day a month! But I will be doing all my pet shopping here from now on regardless.

They need to look into going the extra mile as far as customer service. I was requesting a nail filer but the associate literally told me they will stocking up to please not to make her go look for this particular item. I replied back OK. I can tell your body language that you do not feel like helping.
