Hayley Massacre

First, Ive owned 2 Holland lop rabbits and both lived in their 7-10 year lifespans..but lets get to the point. I was ready to go purchase a lop rabbit that I bonded with at the store. First they have rabbits sitting on wood shavings which is bad for their health and secondly I had to run errands and it was a very hot day and I asked can they hold the rabbit for an hour and all I got was cooperate doesnt allow them to hold the animal with a down payment. And third they were pushing me to buy a very big cage for a baby bunny that would be scared in..of course cooperate rules. Even holding a rabbit for a day they couldnt..know why? Cooperate again! Seriously are they that in love with cooperate? Or irresponsible for allowing an animal especially a baby animal out in 98 degree weather? Going to find somewhere else!

My Husky and I stopped by Pet Supermarket on Thursday, May 25th around 10:45AM. They are one of the very few stores that carry the dog food we use in store. As soon as we walked in the door, we were promptly greeted by smiling faces. The store is on the smaller side but the selection is great. Their VIP program is pretty rewarding and I like that they offer a military discount. The only thing I wish they would do is offer military discounts more frequently since they are located literally right next to a military post. Great products, clean store, friendly employees- I would choose this store over any other pet stores!

Being an owner of 3 Great Danes I buy lots of dog food! Three times I signed up for the VIP program so Id buy 9 and get the 10th bag free but they could never find me in their system. The cashiers would just chuckle or shrug their shoulders. Finally a manager said hed call corporate and call me the following day but I never heard from him. Today another store manager said it didnt make any difference because the brand I buy wasnt included in the VIP program and then walked off to play on a computer. From now on Ill be going to a locally owned store where they put the dog food in my car and appreciate my business.

We came here today to buy my son two fish, we explained what we bought him for a fish tank. The girl tells us these two fish that are 9.99 would be fine. We get them, and not even 3 hours later they have died. I call and I am informed, I need to bring a water sample and the fish into them. Okay, that is fine. However, she is saying that we probably put chemicals into the water (which didnt happen, because talking to her friends were more important, than making sure we were knowledgeable on these fish.) If you want to waste twenty bucks, and receive attitude, this is the store to shop.

My favorite place in Savannah. I used to visit bi weekly to observe their animals while i was looking for a pet! Every animal its well cared for and never sick! The staff always knows every animal in their store and can tell you everything about each animal- its quirks, eating habits, how much they talk, if they get hyper at different times of the day, ect" they care for the animals in the shop as if they were their own beloved pets!

There is a fat gap toothed girl that works there very rude and very arrogant, and a big gossiper,,, I walked around the store and around her since she was there chit chatting inside the entrance with her friends instead of helping the costumers for about a good 45 minutes made me not want to come back to the store then Amanda a mixed girl walked by after taking care of others and asked if I needed help and earned my business.

I wonder if somebody noticed if they had any female guinea pigs there?, Because Ive been researching everywhere for one and everything about the proper home for it and supplies because I think I heard that they had hamsters there so that probably meant they had guinea pigs too but I wanted to be sure because I understand that all stores are different.

I was interested in buying a ferret but when I asked to see them the lady told me "oh no we keep them locked up because they are sensitive animals." Which is total bull, especially since ive worked with ferrets for years , but oh well sucks for them because I was ready to spend a lot of money.But now Ill gladly take my business elsewhere.

Very nice store. There animals have toys. You can pet the animals too. The staff was VERY nice! They take better care of there animals then Petsmart. The only thing I did not like is that a hamster was pregnant.

They have a good selection of items, but still pretty pricey. 4 stars because I love that they have rescued kitties available for adoption!!!
