I wish I could give this store a negivtive star. I truly hate this store now and will never come back. I will bring to to persmart from now on. This store is a joke. What is the point of having a VIP card if you can not return things. Worst customer service I have ever recived.I had both kids with me and its too hot to be pissed off. I couldnt return a leash and harness that has given my dog a server hair loss so I wantted to get my dog something more comfortable so basically 40$ down the drain what a joke this place is. Please save your money for a different pet store. Every store I know of have a 30 day return policy nope this store has a 10 day return ploicy. I wish I would have been informed prior to shopping here . They also do not like giving cash back when you purchase using cash you will only recieve a gift card.

Horrible employees! They asked if everything was okay after 30 minutes of me being there. And when when checking out the cash register lady didnt pay attention because she was too busy on the phone! She just scanned my items and that was it. Horrible experience! And everything is too expensive. Petsmart sell things cheaper

Our experience was great ! The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable about all of our questions! All of there animals where happy and seemed healthy to the best of my knowledge. I would recommend this place over any other pet store!

I was very impressed with the amount of cat toys...and much cheaper than petsmart or even what I could get on amazon! I buy organic/natural food and they were actually LESS than I can get it many other places.

The employees are absolutely horrible to customers. Dont even try to ask for help or youre bound to get an attitude and an excuse why theyre too busy to help you. I take my hard-earned money elsewhere.

Love Pet Supermarket on Independence Blvd! It is the only place I can find my fur babies raw medallions! The selection of food and treats is great! The staff are very friendly and helpful too!

Great selection on food and treats. Leashes and collars not as nice as petsmart. They do shots on Saturdays and offer good sales on common items like food, treats, and bowls
