I always dreamed of having a saltwater tank someday with the beautiful corals and bright fish swimming around. So, about 5 years ago, I paid a guy at the Mall to come and change my 55 gallon freshwater tank to a salt water tank for me. I had always had freshwater because I was afraid of the horror stories I had heard of and also the trouble and expense of owning a saltwater tank. The pretty fish lasted almost a year and then started slowly dying off. In the meantime, he went out of business so I went to another fish store who sold me expensive equipment, pretty coral and fish. Finally, meeting Jason at Aqua Mart has squelched all our saltwater nightmares. My husband and I have been so thankful to have met and made a new friend that is knowledgeable, reliable and extremely fair in his pricing. We just bought a 135 gallon acrylic tank set-up from Jason at a phenomenal price. He came and set everything up for us. Now I have a beautiful 55 gallon tank that the fish don’t attack and eat all my pretty coral that are growing and I have the 135 gallon acrylic that we are slowly deciding what to put in there. I will show you a video of Elvis though. He is my beautiful Porcupine Puffer fish with the most beautiful blue eyes. I took a short video of him so you could see just how beautiful he is. Thank You Jason for your love and passion and working so hard to keep your customers informed of what they really need for their tanks. It’s nice to know that when you have something going wrong you have someone you can truly depend on without selling you a bunch of stuff you don’t need.

As for the fool who wrote the bad experience I clearly think you have the wrong store. Jason is a wonderful person. Devotes his life to helping others with all their needs. Never once has he ever pushed us into anything. I ask him not to long ago to come to my house I would pay for a service call to help me set up a turtle tank he stated no due to he felt like he would be doing me wrong. He talked me out of the most expensive heater for my 55 gal. Said the others are just as good. He never doest answer a question no matter what time it is. He can even be reached after hours. For someone that does not care about our fishes needs then why would he work 16 + hours a day doing service and then opening his store. The only problem is Jason NEVER SUGAR COATS anything. And to me thats what I like. He tells you whats best for the fish not you. And some people just cant handle that. We will never go anywhere other than here. Jason keep up the great work.

cool store but I bought a turtle from you guys a couple months ago, and even though I know how to take care of turtles for the first timers that didnt even supply a care sheet. After I left the store I headed over to petco to buy things for my turtle, it was a hot day so I did bring him in with me and one of the petco people came up to me and offered me a box, because the person that packed up the turtle put him in a fish bag, the bag had no way for the turtle to breathe and they told me that if they didnt give me the box I had about 5 minutes until the turtles wouldve died and then supplied me with a care sheet. Very careless especially if youre going to have a big tank filled with turtles and sell them for a living at least supply the costumes with the correct way to bring the poor thing home so it actually lives.

Aqua Mart is a great locally owned business. They have a large selection of saltwater fish, corals and freshwater fish. The prices are very fair and their inventory is constantly changing/replenished. The owner is very well versed in all matters fish and coral related and is happy to help you with whatever issues you may have, additionally he will warn you against buying something if it is not compatible with your tank instead of just taking your money. I would highly recommend this store to anyone no matter what point they are at in the hobby but especially if you are a beginner. Follow what Jason tells you and you will have an awesome worry free tank, I currently have 4 with a total of over 500 gallons combined, all of which are doing great. Jason maintains one of my tanks and it is doing spectacular.

This store is a fantastic aquatic pet store. I have had dealings with the owner and his staff on many occasions. In fact, there was an item I was intent on purchasing just this year and was told to not waste my money as another far less expensive item was available for my tank set up. The advice was spot on and very much appreciated. The insinuation that he does not care about the health and welfare of customers pets is ridiculous!. He took a few of my fish I could not take of and rehomed them. Speaking with the owner, one can really appreciate how much he loves his store and the animals within. I will always trust his compassion and expertise.

The manager is very rude. We went in to buy some Koi and he was busy so we looked around for a few mins. While we were looking around a saltwater fish jumped out of one of the tanks. Not even one of the ones we were looking at we were on the other side of the room. We told the manager and he asked us if we had beat on the tank. Come on do we look stupid or like a child. I mean really? Then we asked him why he would think we had beat on the tank and he said "fish dont usually just jump out." Needless to say we just left. We dont want the fish bad enough to buy from someone that would treat his costumers that way.

Aqua Mart is a fantastically run store for all your aquatic needs. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful for someone like me who knows nothing about what it tanks to properly start and keep up a tank. They have a fantastic selection of tanks from small starter ones to huge fabulous salt water tanks. Jason (the owner) also takes care of my classroom tank and he does a beautiful job. Not only does he do a great job cleaning and keeping it up but every time he comes to the classroom, it is like a mini field trip for my kids. He talks to them and answers any questions they have. We LOVE Aqua Mart!

Great Store with a great variety of Fish and anything needed for your Aquarium needs. Prices are great as well and I would encourage anyone to Like their Facebook page in order to get some amazing Deals. There are always offers and updates posted. If you are interested in starting an Aquarium, I highly recommend visiting Aqua-Mart in order to get the best advice. These guys are awesome. Thanks for the great service.
