Ive always gotten good service here, but I give them 4 stars due to the Indian Meal Moth infested Purina Pro Plan I purchased. I caught them early and avoided a bigger problem, returned the food with little to no issue, and they issued me a full refund and helped me pick out a different food. I give them 4 stars because I am completely unsure whos fault the food issue was. It could have been Petco, or Purina. Either way their service and simplicity saved my review from being much lower.

Love the staff great people always helpful took my pup to get groomed today not very happy showed them exactly what I wanted my pup is no where near what we wanted she her fur is super short fanny has what looks like razor burn I told them I wanted a face clean her face is just as it was when I dropped her off horrible tear stains not even touched not trimmed nothing Ill continue to shop here but will not use the grooming anymore

They barely had any supplies that any other Petco would have. It was dirty and not somewhere Id go back to. Went there for some Guinea Pig stuff and there really wasnt any. Plus my daughter and I were the only ones in there at the time and the guy who worked there kept staring at us like we were stealing.

They have a small sales floor. The clearance room is almost almost the same size! :) I adopted my kitten here through West Side Cats. Great value for their products and kind staff. They usually have what Im looking for when shopping for all my pets.

They dont have much of a selection, but have everything my pit needs. She gets tons of love from the very sweet staff. So even tho its small, & somewhat outdated, we come here over other stores

Jennifer groomed my Newfoundland yesterday and shes beautiful!!! Even had bows in her hair. Jennifer was so great with my big dog. We even had compliments in the parking lot.
