I use this pharmacy because I live close by and the stores hour is long. The waiting is excessively long comparing to all other pharmacies. Sometimes it appears that they purposely kept me there to drum up store’s business. I won’t go there unless I am shopping there. Store is clean and most young works are very pleasant. The only exception is an older lady working behind the bench. In a few occasion that I have to talk to her, she was impatient, rude, border to insulting. I have seen other customers being treated similarly. This pharmacy doesn’t fill some of the most common medications. For instance, they won’t fill my 60mg Allegra (with insurance), instead ask me to buy it over-the-counter at much higher price, while the same prescription was accepted by all other pharmacies.

Very clean and organized. There is always someone working in the produce section to keep it neat. The cashiers are friendly and the lines go fast. The Peapod pickup and delivery is nice, but on most occasions I need something for delivery or pickup for the next day, and it is not available. If you had next day available more often, I would use it more often. What I have been most impressed with is the quality of the flower bouquets! Each one I have purchased has lasted 3-4 weeks!

This Giant gets 5 stars because the employees are always friendly, smiling and helpful. They often do personal touches, such as today giving customers a flower for Mothers Day. My husband and I have been going here for 8 years. I also need to mention that the food prices are great, especially the meats. I have occasionally shopped in other grocery stores in the area, but when I see their prices it further reinforces the many reasons why we love our Giant.

I recommend this Giant more than any other grocery store in the area. The salesclerks, especially in the deli, floral, and produce sections are always helpful and really nice people. The same can be said of the staff at the pharmacy. The food and products are displayed nicely, and help is always available. I am so glad this is my Giant.

Terrible customer service! Everytime I visit this Giant there are not enough cashiers or baggers, and very long lines. Other nearby grocery stores notice long lines and quickly open new lines. Thankfully Whole Foods and Harris Teeter are nearby!

Not as clean as the Giant located in Dorsey Search, but a better alternative than Safeway to purchase your basic food items. I appreciate that this Giant sells parsley in the individual herb packets, as I rarely need an entire bunch.

The staff at this Giant are wonderful! They are always so happy and helpful. Very kind employees. It is a smaller giant, so it is usually pretty busy and they dont have as many options, but the staff makes up for the store itself.

This is one of the BETTER Giants I have ever been to and Ive lived in the Mid-Atlantic for 34 years. Always well stocked and the staff are friendly and helpful here. I dont know what the other reviewers are talking about...

Every time I walk in and see three cashiers with crowds in line, I remember why Wegmans gets my business. This place should be avoided at all costs .. unless you have too much time on your hands and need to waste some ..

The meat and seafood staff are great. Not so much at the deli counter. Ive never had a prescription filled, but I love the hours and its convenient. Overall Id say its an above average grocery store.
