It was horrible! The staff there completely lied to my face. The line to try on clothing was over an hour wait so I asked the clerk at the register what the return policy was because I only live a few blocks away and I could go home and try on the pants I was purchasing. She clearly told me that I have 7 days to return the items for store credit. I bought the items with a 30% coupon I had earned for donating many bags of clothing. I went home and found that the pants were the wrong fit so I immediately returned to the store to return them for the credit. The different staffing that was there was now telling me that they dont offer store credit, they only do exchanges. I thought that was bad enough. But when I went to find some other pants to exchange and got to the counter, they proceeded to tell me that the coupon I had previously used is no longer good because it was used on the items I pichased earlier. I told them I was told by their employee I could bring the items back for a full credit return. They told me nope and never gave back the coupon. They just threw it out like it was invalid and I had to pay an extra $15 for the 2 pairs of jeans I was purchasing. They had the same price tags as the old ones yet because they decided my coupon was no good, I needed to pay more. I think thats bad to have a store employee lie straight to a customers face and then charge them more for the same prices items.

I thought it was even better than Goodwill, but now I am shocked at how expensive they are, some of the items with tags from Target & Walmart, and they priced just as much or more, very disappointed, its only worth going if u dont mind calling it a department store and not thrift or discount. The only time you save money is if you go to their anniversary sale once a year (do they still even have that?) Honestly LA Thrift stores are just as high as the mall and your better off driving to the desert thrift stores (there are alot of them allover Inland Empire) and you make up in gas with what you saved spending (clothing/shoes/appliances/some furniture at prices $3.00 and up, and they are decent items, I know I bought alot and saved alot).

This Savers location is conveniently on Imperial Highway in La Miranda. I like this location more than most Salvation Army locations and all Goodwills (there are many reasons why I wont go to Goodwill). The selection here is pretty good. A lot of my friends and neighbors have recommended Savers to me and Im glad I gave it a shot. This store also has a donation center outside on the left side of the building. In order for you to donate anything, it must be either in bags or in boxes. The staff here are very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Great stuff but some things good deals and some overly priced. They had yellow as their 50% off on Monday. I think things I liked even 50% was still much for used. They have restrooms and dressing rooms. I did buy some things and my husband too and hes hard to find things he likes. I will go back to see what other goodies I can find. Over all, I liked it. I give it an A- to B+. Cashier was nice too. Place was clean and well organized.

The prices are definitely too high for donated items and 10 yrs ago my mom recieved a ticket from the city for donating, that lead her to court (where there were others that had the same thing happen) and it cost her 600 dollars. I didnt come here for yrs because of that. But, after needing to find something desperately, I made peace and went in. Its good for finding odd things.

Theres always good stuff there. The clothing looks brand new and its at prices I didnt think existed now-a-days. Theyre usually cheaper than Goodwill and Salvation Army. Theyve got sales all the time, and they make it fun. Before Halloween all the employees would wear costumes, and on Labor Day they had a trivia contest over the intercom, giving out cash to customers!

I loved Savers a few years ago. Prices have gotten ridiculously high for used items. Many clothing items with holes and stains. Shoes priced high and super worn. Better off going to department store buying item new for just a couple $$ more. I only go there now for seasonal items but still leave there empty handed more often than not!

A smaller of the Savers chain of thrift stores. This particular one had a leaky roof, which didnt pose a threatened but still inconvenient. The selection of clothes was mediocre for the high prices. There is furniture, toys, books and lots of household items which is the best attribute here. Parking is plenty.

My wife likes to find things here. I have yet to find anything worthwhile, but Im sure I will someday. The people working there have always been kind. We have donated here a few times and if you donate enough stuff you can get a 30% off your whole purchase coupon.

I wish they wouldnt put the trash on the shelves. I have found some great deals here. Unfortunately when you have to dig so deep through trash it makes it a challenge. I will be back.

This savers has seriously good prices on clothes. However, its not in the best part of town and some of the customers can encroach upon personal space and perhaps safety.

It s a big store. The locale is terrible though, it looks worn old. They do have a huge selection of clothes. Prices are average for a savers.
