Tome un plan me dijeron que el plan tenía un costo de 40 + tax pero cuando llegó el cobro eran 90 jajajaja me cage de la risa son unos mentirosos dicen 40 para que tu firmes y luego agregan pendejadas no está bueno y tienen una cobertura fatal en la habra sin señal sprint en la habra no tiene señal buena deberían de poner más antenas para los clientes que radican en la habra

this is the worst ever Sprint company and sprint store as well. Staffs were lack of training, too many errors, overcharge bills, the store advised to call customer care over the phone for a better service. Then the associate on the phone didnt even know what to do, how to fix the errors they made. LACK OF TRAINING, NO COORDINATION, every associates work their own way, they ;re not connected. Too much problem , dont go there By the way, the young lady associate at the la Habra store couldnt even transfer contacts from old phone to new phone!!! Get out, you waste our time and money. Sprint service is not worthed for a single star

CRIMINALS!!!! These guy added fake accounts and split up numbers on my mothers family accounts and she was getting billed 2 and 1/2 times what she should have been. Stay away from here
