First...I want to say the store was very clean and I found staff pleasant and helpful...even the kooky lady previously mentioned in reviews was nice to me. However - this store is extremely overpriced. Their Target items were way over the marked down in-store prices at Target! A new quilt I recently saw on sale at Target was double the price at this Goodwill. Lots of 99cent store items...some above the 99cent price! I did find some very affordable quality baskets. Shoppers need to know retail brands, costs, and qualities. Not much vintage here. It is easy to think you are getting a good deal on many items - but you are not. Obviously, the days of the true and authentic Goodwill store are history. It is easy to determine that many glassware items are bulk and retail auction purchases, then blended on the shelf with the donations. Sad..very sad. I am going to stick with small, reputable independent thrifts were I dont feel like I am being duped.

I would have given four stars but when I got up to the counter not only did the girl get confused about what I wanted to purchase she started putting my clothes on the rack that I want to buy and then realized it was she was doing so she put them back however when I left I didnt even leave with the boots I wanted because she didnt charge me for him and she didnt put them in my bag I didnt notice this until after I left of course but very irresponsible if you walk up to a cash register with a basket full of things you obviously want to purchase all the items inside the basket they need to pay more attention to what theyre doing

The clothing items are really overpriced for a 2nd store & theres a worker there sorry if i say it this way but she looks around her 50s with straight hair & i believe shes always at the register (not sure) & (dont remember seeing her name) but she is EXTREMELY RUDE! I was waiting in line and she was being rude to every person she was attending at the register even me! Not gunna lie but i felt so UNCOMFORTABLE With her! You guys really need to get her out of there because it doesnt look like she likes working there AT ALL ! I always shop here & this lady makes it uncomfortable too !

This is a good sized Goodwill store with a large compliment of clothing and a plethora of other various items one woild expect to find at a thrift store. Its rather well maintained and I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. There are changing rooms and make sure you pay attention to their various, "color of the day", specials because you can enjoy some additional discounts. This its in the same shopping center as a 99 Cent Only store and theres also other stores and a couple of eateries in this shopping center on the southeast corner of Magnolia and Katella.

BE WARNED! White skinny tweeker woman who looks about 65 but is probably 50 has the worst customer service skills ever! Made us feel like we were a burden shopping there! Grinding her jaw staring me up and down! Nasty miserable rude! Stay away! Clearly on DRUGS! would have given this goodwill store four stars however my husband and I were treated so awful by this miserable looking rude woman we couldnt get outta there fast enough and now we will drive out of our way to avoid being treated so poorly. Made us so uncomfortable!

Goodwill is a great place to find deals. I love there set pricing on clothing I find alot of target items here from household to clothing and linens. I do hate that some items here are priced almost the same as retail sometimes more then the target discount sticker that was on the item before it got to goodwill. Goodwill is suppose to be for people whi cant go to these big stores and spend alot so Goodwill is suppose to give you a break. Things used to be so cheap here now not so much. Goodwill you should lower your pricing

It s not an outlet. It s a store. It is a decent size but its overpriced than other goodwills...everythings is almost 3.99 and up usually other stores prices start at 1.99 . Toys are waaaaaay too expensive. I rather go to an actual goodwill outlet and pay by the pound than shop here with these prices.

Very disorganised place, things are strewn all over, not properly sectionalised. The staff members are very polite and friendly. Lots of room for improvement. Prices of sometimes are way higher than normal stores.
