Do not do business here. On February 24th, 2011, I shipped 5-6 boxes to my new address in Iowa. I was both the shipper and receiver. When the boxes arrived, one had been damaged in shipping and broke an item valued at $89. I submitted a claim through the corporate number by giving them the tracking number, the item that was damaged along with an estimated value. I was told that the process would take 8-10 days and that a UPS representative would be contacting me. After waiting for several weeks without being contacted, I called back and about the progress of the claim. I was told that the regional store where I shipped the package needed to collect more information from me. I contacted the store where I shipped the package (this one) and was told that I needed to bring the box into the store and prove to them that my package was damaged. After explaining that I was in Iowa, I finally convinced the manager to give me an email address to email him an picture of the damaged box, the damaged item, and the receipt of how much the item is worth, $89. He was quite rude and promptly hung up before I could ask another question. I sent him an email with all the information he requested. After a few days, I called the store again to make sure he received the email and ask if he needed any more information. I said he had everything and that he was working it. After waiting for several more weeks, I contacted the store today (April 14th) to ask about the status of my claim. I was informed that the claim had not been submitted yet and they were still waiting for more information from me. They also informed me it would be 8-10 more days to submit the claim. In Summary: 1. After submitted the damage claim I was never contacted by UPS. 2. After contacting the shipping store, I was treated rudely and they ignored my claim. 3. The shipping store did not contact me to request information which I would have gladly given them. 4. After almost two months, I’m still waiting for my reimbursement. 5. I will never do business with UPS again.

I was just helped by a portly young lady with medium dark skin and black hair. She was dishonest in not stating all the charges up front. I asked to make some color copies from a flash drive and asked her what it cost. She informed me it cost $0.50 per page and instructed me to use the PC station. After printing my two pages I went to pay my $1.00 and was surprised to hear from her my total was $3.50. When I inquired as to why the charge was different she said the additional $2.50 was the flat fee for PC time pointing to the sign beside the table. When I asked why she didnt tell me before about the charge she simply shrugged and stated that it was posted. That sort of behavior is underhanded and deceptive.

Every time I come in I am greeted with a warm smile and hello. Swati is always very helpful with taping up my boxes for me and loaning me a pen if I am in need, with no questions asked. (At the Post Office they refused my package and would not allow me to even borrow a pen, as well as never even a glimpse of a smile!!) I am so happy that I chose this UPS Store over all the others. Great customer service and it makes me happy to go in to utilize their services!

We have a P.O.B at this location for about 2 years now. We love the professional service, personal touch and the fact, we can call in to see if we have any mail. We also use notary, faxing & computer, when necessary. There are many other services that are available, too many to mention. A small business that desires 5 stars, they are FABULOUS! Marie & Chaaz

I have a box in the P.O. Box in the store and its a rather pleasant experience, everyone greets you and assists you with anything you need. I can even call to see if I have mail and the staff is glad to check for me, every time! This is really one of the better stores in my opinion because they have great customer service!

Great service they have. Got my documents notarized. They took care of really good. As the ups stores dont have sitting arrangements but they offer their chair to sit as I couldnt stand much and I had quite a few notaries to do. Love to go there because I know they are very kind and have really good services.

Ive had a box at this UPS for about 10 years. The prior owners were never flexible and I always dreading dealing with them. After Swati and crew took over I love this place! Always so friendly and willing to help you out with anything she can. Highly recommended, if I could give 6 stars I would.
