Hmm... I totally understand the other posters sentiment regarding ridiculous charges (I know from experience that you are best off ordering from their website; corporate is a whole different beast than retail, and MUCH more consumer friendly/helpful). However, I called in to the store regarding an update issue that has been plaguing my poor phone in regards to the Android 4.3 update, and the person I talked to actually had useful ideas. By contrast, the Fullerton store has the most useless staff Ive ever encountered - NEVER go there. Anyway, he explained that there is really nothing to do besides a diagnostic (because its most likely just an OS/Sprint system issue), but explained a workaround that I could easily do myself involving a factory reset to my device. Good info that I will probably try if my system update continues to fail; minus a star because he didnt tell me his name and his greeting was extremely abrupt.

Bought the iPhone 7 plus two days ago its horrible it fell from 3 inches and the screen broke in 4 places and scratched in 2 places even though the advertisement clearly says its resistant up to 6 feet thats a lie. Called sprint store to see if I can return it because its overall horrible and they said no even though no where on my recipes does it say no returns if damaged the service is horrible and always will be. Streaming sucks and buffers constantly will sit here for long periods of time and cannot get Netflix to work. Constantly losing signal overall sprint suck would rather pay extra money for att. Was also initially told it would cost about $100 for the phone then ended up paying $215. The phone sucks and so does the customer service.

Absolutely Terrible!! First of all this store sold me a Defective iPhone 4S, the sprint store refused to waive the restocking fee to return a DEFECTIVE phone that they themselves stated was defective. I am not sure how you can charge a restocking fee considering you cant RESTOCK a DEFECTIVE device and attempt to RE-SELL IT. The wifi did not work on the device, and it made a rattling noise from day 1. The staff is VERY argumentative, hang up on you and are absolutely rude. They give you a huge attitude and refuse to resolve the issue with a proper resolution. Sprint is the absolute worst company to deal with ever, Stay far far away. Your better off with any other provider. Your screwed a consumer when your given a defective phone.

We went into this store because my husbands iPhone 6 Plus was acting up but had no visible signs of damage. We arrived just before 7 and the store closes at 8. There were 3 customers before us so we waited to be called which was past 7:30. Since the problem appeared to be with the operating system, an on-site tech had to check the phone; however, my husband was told that it was too late to do so and was dismissed. This is a negative review of the tech whose name we cant remember. The front staff was personable and as helpful as they could be. We walked away without a resolution and with a phone that still doesnt work. I have not had any other issues with this store in the past.

The Manager Margarette ( i think im spelling it wrong )is awesome. Staff is usually friendly. At least to me. Wait time does suck. I do notice not everyone gets welcomed as they come in. Sales rep Christian does follow through with what he says. Everyone else is chill. Though sometimes you can feel pressured into buying. But got to keep t in mind that they are there to sell and provide. Anyway, bottom line is: They are respectful. Could use better approach to selling and greeting. They should keep non work conversation to a minimal when customers are present. Needs more smiles.

Ive been a customer for a while now and I have only been coming to this location for sometime now only because it was the only store around my house, until I decided to look for another one and I found it, the store is at the Quad shopping center next to staples, take my advice try out this store the staff is great, and theres hardly ever a wait, they dont tell you accessories are free but then add them to your bill, or tell you lies about not being able to take your payment and send you to a machine, no wonder the store at the Quad has a better rating.

Very disappointed in this store I felt stuck and when I spoke to the employee he was dead set on not finding a solution. I spoke to a person who was higher then he when he just told me that there was no other person higher then him when I asked to speak to a manager. Felt lied to! So I go to the back and explained what he already had been told and was nope he could not help. And I also felt mocked at and I confronted him I told him what is so funny I do t think this is funny. Very rude will not recommend this store EVER!!

DO NOT COME HERE, THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! Especially MICHAEL, he just tries to sell you product with false advertisement. He lied to me when Sprint would be cutting my bill in half as soon as i switch. I left Verizon, with the best service with a monthly bill around 150 to SPRINT with sucky service and a monthly bill around 190. He kept assuring me i would pay around 145. I am so enraged, I will be filing with the Better Business Bureau.

These people make false promises to sell and then when you get hit with a high bill they all act like they dont know anything. Stay away from Cinthia, she cant put a screen protector, she cant explain the over charges and dont even try to have her transfer your personal files between devices! She cant do that either :/
