The salesperson by the name of "Shawn Kemp" is extremely rude. I went to the AT&T store near the Puente Hills mall to pre-order an iphone. During checkout, Shawn asked me which color I wanted, I said "black" very very clearly. I have wanted the black iPhone 4S for weeks now and never once considered getting the white one. But somehow he thinks I said white. When I told him there appeared to be a mistake on my receipt and that I ordered a black one. He gives me a 10 minute lecture (not exaggerating on the time) about how he never makes a mistake at his job and how he is sure I said white. He then speaks to me very condescendingly as if I did not know English saying "color white very different from color black, you pick white color, computer says no change allow". He cant change the order once its been placed and blames me for not thinking clearly. When I asked if its possible to get an exchange, he even tells me to stop talking because I was making it "more difficult than it should be". Unbelievable. He then continued trying to get me to buy $25.00 screen protectors for the iphone, again continuing to speak condescendingly to me "iphone scratch easily because glass, screen protect glass, no scratch on phone". I have never met a salesperson so rude in my entire life. After this contract expires, I am definitely switching to Verizon.

I went to this store to purchase a new phone today and 40 minutes later, I left empty-handed. It didnt seem too bad when I walked in. There was a small crowd but an employee walked around with an iPad entering customers into a queue. However, any semblance of order was lost when he wandered around helping salespeople translate for customers. I had to tell confused customers who were entering the store what they needed to do. The service was painfully slow. When I was finally helped, I was told I had just renewed my contract as the result of a failed attempt at purchasing an iPhone 4 a few months back. I had no phone to show for it, yet they went ahead and renewed my contract anway. When I explained that the problem with the iPhone 4 happened on their end (computer glitches cancelled peoples orders that day), I was told I need to call customer service to straightend this out and then go back to the store to try to purchase the phone i wanted all along, for which Ill have to pay an additional $200 early upgrade fee instead of the previous $75. I cant say I recommend this store to anyone.

Some of the people here are very rude with an attitude and are not willing to help potential customers. Very unprofessional aswell. They also lied saying that what they have on display is a "dummy" and it doesnt work when I have came here before and used the proclaimed dummy. I also caught one of the sellers lying to a customer about the release date of a phone and I had to correct him. And once I did he got upset and gave attitude aswell.

Had a very lose home button on my new Galaxy S7 Edge, decide to go and get a replacement, they did a quick check and approved. The people there are very helpful and friendly, helped me step by step to transfer data and apps between old and new phones, they also provided a good discount on the Gear VR. Mark, Zack and 2 ladies there were really nice and helpful.

I must say, every other experience I had with the staff members was terrible and didnt work out. However, that being said, Ive recently went there and received excellent service from Michell J. She was nice and seemed to know what she was doing. She helped me fix a very complicated problem and everyone went home happy. She was awesome!

Policy, policy, policy... thats all they could said to their customer who needed their help! even though they knew the phone was defected, due to policy they cant do anything about it. What a great policy for AT&T!!! You could make a few more bucks by doing this but will LOOSE millions of customers shortly.

Customer service here has been good for mostly. I never been treated in correctly and they helped my family and I fix our fixes sigh buying on contract with out anything charged. Ask for Derek he is an amazing worker and looks out for the best for the customers.

Dont go there. Customer service is very bad. Store manger Jason Du greeted me with "what is your problem?" plus a serious face. The only help he provided was asking me to contact att,com. Looks like he was only interested in selling and collecting commission.

The laptop internet device they offer called "beam" does not work. I exchanged the first one and second one did not work either, then they just said the model they offer at thousands of stores accross the US is defective.
