From the time I walked into the store to checking out was a wonderful experience. I found everything I was looking for. I didnt have to wait long at the cutting table and the gentleman there was very professional and accurate with cutting. The check out line was fast. The young lady helped me use all the coupons that I could with my order.

This store always has the craft items that I need over other craft stores. The staff is very helpful and they always have coupons that provide 50% Off of a regular priced item. Or they have deep discounts on holiday items as the dates of those holidays approach.

Great store some staff is friendly but this is the lower end of joann stores tgere better joann stores that have plenty of merchandise. I have yet to meet a joann employee who is truly friendly and knowledgeable. Bad customer service

Staff was argumentative. Pricing was wrong and the manager argued with me. The description of the SKU didnt even match what I was buying. She just kept arguing. I love Jo-Anns but I will NEVER come back to this one.

Love this place. They have such a large variety of fabrics and the workers are more than happy to help you. They also have coupons available all the time, so check their website before checkout.

Fabrics, yarn, craft supplies...they have it all! Plenty of parking in the adjacent lot. Helpful employees. Usually not crowded, so you can get help if you need.

This must be a smaller volume store as I noticed they dont have a large quantity of the products they carry.. Some areas are not as well kept up as others.

The employees are nice and Friendly but this location is so outdated. Needs upgrades and more inventory. Prices are a lot higher than Michaels and Walmart.
