This Sprint store has some shady business practices. I recently upgraded my phone and it started to have problems. When I brought it in, they said that there would be an update by the company for the phone. I insisted that they give me a new phone since I was within my 30 days. They forced a restocking fee of $35 dollars on me. I pleded my case that other customs also had this problem but resolved when they got another phone. Employees said that if they couldnt re-produce the problem they couldnt give me a new phone. The problem occurs at random, how can you reproduce it???. Anyway, I paid the restocking fee and they gave me another dud. This time the screen had dead pixels. They told me to go to a repair shop. When I am within my 30 days I think Im entitled to a new phone when you give me a lemon. Dont go to this Sprint store! The one in Whittier was much better!
