My mother parked on the handicap stall and continued to walk to the store. She has her plate displayed. One of the workers gave her a nasty look, shook his head and told her she shouldnt park there cause shes not handicapped. My mother said nothing but felt embarrassed, sad and a little mad. Now she never wants to go to this store again. Excuse me, do you know her back story? NO. She died, her heart stopped, she was in a coma, she was blinded with blood behind her eyes, she was half paralyzed. She was in the hospital for 5 months because of a brain aneurysm. She may not look like anything has happened to her because she is a fighter, she fought so hard to be where she is today. And for the 99 cent store workers to discriminate her like that is so not right. She cant see well and nor can she drive to well, she has to park in the front. It disgusts me how someone can make another feel down about themselves.

I didnt have a problem until I got home and realized 2 of my kleenex boxes were not in my bag. I have my receipt so I called the store only 15 minutes later from the time on the receipt. I spoke to a lady, told her I was just there and left 2 items. She asked me if it was a guy or girl who checked me out, I said guy. And while holding the phone, she asks him if there was something left by a customer. I heard him say yes. She tells me they will hold it only for that day, if I dont come the same day, there is nothing they can do about it. Are you kidding me? Is this store policy? I cant believe it, I have the damn receipt its $2!!! Is this how they should treat their customers? I will never go back.

The store manager Sandra and her asstant manager love to be pulling hand on people. Today they had thratqn me and kept putting their hand on me. For no reason. Very uncalled for. They all should be fired. Sandra nadea and maria and Imelda.

All i got to say is check all items before check out, thats what the MANAGER told me. My 12yr daughter said an apology would have been nice.
