I was just in this location, and i used to get great service here. Jon does his best. However, this new employee Grace really has no , i mean NO! customer service skills. She was busy playing with her phone and when after waiting over an hour, transferred from one person to another, i got nowhere fast. Please think twice, even 3 times before choosing Sprint. I called when i got home, got a lil better help from some who had a pair, if u know what i mean. I will get to pick up a replacement phone tomorrow, but from a service and repair store. So i will be contacting Dan...if he is still running the show up top to see if that can be changed. Good luck to whomever you choose.

I almost ordered my Sprint Epic (Great Samsung Galaxy phone btw) online from Sprint, but decided to try the local Sprint shop in Monrovia. Grace took care of me and she provided top notch support. By the time we were done, with discounts she found that I didnt know were available (like AAA, and cash for my old phone) she easily saved me $150. When I left my phone was completely setup, numbers and data transferred and my transferred number was active! She was super helpful and patient. I would highly recommend this store - and Grace!

Worst experience ever , i walked in to exchange a wrong phone that was sent to me, the saleperson said no we dont do that here when the phone rep gave me a return authorization the guy didnt even bother to look me up in the computer or try to help in anyway , been a customer for 10 years or more but will switching to verizon .

There is, in all honesty, absolutely no point in going to this store if there is ANYTHING wrong with your phone. No matter what you say the problem is, all they do here is update your phone and tell you to go to the store in Pasadena. Thats literally it. Nothing more. This location should not exist.

Literal nightmare of over the top rudeness ineptitude, unfamiliarity with products and policy. After 22 years with Sprint with Business and personal multi line accounts I was seriously ready to switch carriers simply because of the hell hole. Fortunately Spring ph personnel are rock stars.

The location is clean but it feels like its not relevant, the staff is friendly enough and sprint service is inexpensive compared to the other carried but you sacrifice some clear levels of customer service and associate knowledge
