Purchased two iPhone6 phones on Sunday. My line "ported" over 5 hours later. We were told to take the 16GB phones even though we wanted the 128GB. We were advised that we could use the 16GB until the 128GB arrived, but it was unknown how long that would take. There would be no fee to upgrade, we were told. Needed to call Support Sunday night to make my new phone work, but Support was closed. So was Customer Care. Really? National company closed at night for a service that subscribers use 24 hours a day? Called Monday morning, was assured the order for my wifes phone went through but just needed a managers override. Called back after noon and was told to be patient. Still nobody could give me an ETA on the 128GB arrival date. Called Monday evening and was told they entered my wifes number incorrectly, would be fixed in the morning. My phone was seeing 1 bar of signal strength, and calls were breaking up. I live in El Monte where their map shows full coverage. Tuesday morning I called because wife still had no phone service. Manager Chris said it would go through soon. Received call from Sprint at 2:00pm wanting to confirm wifes number. They still had it wrong. Wife arrived home at 7:00pm still with no phone service and suggested we return everything. Return process was just as difficult as purchase. We had to have Verizon "port" the numbers back, which happened within 30 minutes, not the 50 hours it took Sprint. Chris suggested a wireless “booster” router be install/plugged into our house for free, in order to boost signal strength, which would work while I am at home, but what about when I was a mile away from home? Not a valid solution. Had to pay a $70 restocking fee, thanks to Chris not being reasonable for all of the headaches we were dealing with. Ended up not fighting charge, as I would have actually been willing to pay more to get far away from Sprint. Verizon called back afterwards and informed us we would receive a $200 bill credit because of what we had to go through and as a way of saying “Thanks.” Verizon will cost more monthly, but their service is outstanding and their coverage is consistent with what their map says. Looks like you really do get what you pay for. BEWARE!

First beware that contrary to what their sign and uniforms would have you believe, according to Sprint this is not a Sprint store, but Sprint is aware of them and allows them to help deceive the public for profits. Sprint is one of the worst most deceitful companies and this stores employees help them to maintain and earn that reputation, they outright lie in order to up sell you and lock you into contracts, they offer free products and no contracts etc but in reality you will end up with a contract, obligation or liability and you will not only be stuck with a debt but also with devices that are useless and can not even preform basic functions like making phone calls without dropping the call. The employees of this store will lie in order to cheat you and have the help of their managers and coworkers from the girl with the dyed hair and her fat bags hanging out of her shirt in a desperate attempt to get attention and boost sales, to the effeminate little man with the bald head and tattoos showing in an attempt to project an image other than that of the lying cowardly manager of a team of shameful crooks to lazy to work real jobs he is. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of Sprint and this and other businesses they use to swindle the public and try to distance themselves from to protect the company from liability issues.

Worst experience ever, shockingly disrespectful employee, smirking and saying "good luck with your contract" sarcasticly while refusing to do anything about a defective phone, both Sprint & Samsung refusing to help with defective phone & the punk employee at Sprint store is smug about it, turns out hes not only rude but stupid as well & gave me incorrect info on not being able to recover contacts from the broken phone, called Sprint and tec told me how to do it.. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Garbage store with garbage workers, guy argued that my phone had a crack when it was a glass screen protector and after having me take it off couldnt admit he was wrong. Pretty sure they also took a repair program off my account for giving them an attitude about not putting my phone on there repair list for the day even thought it was 3 and they closed at 7, pretty scummy imo and Ive been a customer of sprint since they bought out Nextel and have never been treated like they treat walk-ins.

Far and away some of the worst customer service Ive ever received at any retail establishment. Oh and if they offer to get you a manager just pass and go home theyre equally as worthless and offer no viable solution to your problem. Their only goal is to get people signed on to new contracts while trying to sell overpriced add ons.

Do not come to this store!! I repeat do not come here! All the people here are going to scam you! I originally agreed to a $60 plan per line for 2 lines. My fist bill came out to $250! I later found out they put am expensive plan without my knowledge now my bill is coming out to $300 a month for 2 lines.

I came here for a phone repair and they told me that my warranty was expired but they fixed my phones battery for free. I was quite impressed with the service. It only took 20 minutes to get my phone repaired. I would definitely come back for future phone repairs.

Theyre stupid and they keep talking to one another instead of assisting their clients. They also talk about their personal life and how they are gonna "turn up" later that day.
