Never buy an item thats dirty because if you change your mind they will say its not theres. Always make sure the tags are right on clothing and toys . If the shirt is a large and their tag says 2x same problem there , they wont let you return it and accuse you of switching clothes . Bring it up to the manager . One manager to look out for a Latina woman with bleached hair . She will even check the bag you brought in and make sure you didnt steal anything . Always bring your receipts for returns cause if you try and leave the store with no receipt , you wont walk out with the items you paid for. Different people price the items so sometimes you will see to of the exact same shirts prices with a 5 dollar difference .

Very big store and well organized. Plenty of parking. Easy to drop off donation items and you will get a coupon for a percentage off your next purchase. The J.Crew, Ann Taylor, Loft, Banana Republic, Gap, etc. items you will find on the pricier side - for example $12.99 for a J.Crew cardigan, $49.99 for a knock off Louis Vuitton bag - but if you dont mind that you will find lots of great items here. They do offer student discounts on certain days. Books for days!!!! Prices have gone up on books but still good deals to be found. Horrible vinyl record section. Some things should just be thrown out and their moldy lps need to go in the bin.

Not good. Pricy n rude. Supervisor/manager at the time was very rude, falsely accused me of throwing money at him when in fact I just put my money down on the counter at a spot free of items. Wow!!! Worst experience ever with a thrift store. Spent about $30 n only got 4 items. Last week at goodwill in Glendora, spent $80 got more than 12 items. Manager set very bad example for employees! !!

I went for their 50% off Memorial Day Sale and it was amazing. I took advantage and bought baby clothes for months and months ahead. There was a great selection and I LOVE that its organized. Every section is separated by size so its easy to find. Youll also find that the items that are the color of the week are usually placed together. SUCH A TIME SAVER!!!

We LOVE this Savers. Its well organized and relatively clean (for a thrift store). Ive found some really great bargains and half my wardrobe came from here....BUT recently their prices are out of control. $5.99 for a used target brand tank top? $19.99 for a pair of used Vans? Make sure you donate 6 bags of stuff to get 30% off youll need it.

I had the best time shopping for a jacket and a purse. So many cute purses, I had to leave with 2! If you bring in donations, they will give you coupons for 5-30% off your purchase same day! Also, as far as the purses go, many are brand new with tags still attached! I cant imagine shopping retail again! my girls love to shop here too!

This is such a great thrift store. Huge, has everything (seriously, everything), well organized, and run like a real store. Every day (or week?) theres a new price tag color that is half price, so you can try to find things with that color price tag if you come early! Only bad thing is they tend to have long lines.

Place is definitely OVERPRICED. Some employees especially the one with piercings on her cheeks have major attitude. Will pull a dick Tracy on you if you return items with her . She will accuse u of swapping tags . Go to another register if you see her. Salvation Army is best . Or even Ebay at some of their prices.

Prices are way to high. Youre better off going to Walmart and getting new stuff for cheaper. And thats not even factoring in the time it takes to look for stuff or the hit-and-miss nature of there actually even being anything worthwhile. Ill go on the 50% sale days, but thats about it.

You will always find great items for sale and its to support a very worthy cause. Its one of my favorite places to shop for clothes. But, you can find small appliances and other household items that you use everyday at a fraction of what you would have to pay for them elsewhere.

Great store, they have everything organize, friendly staff. I love coming here, I have found amazing clothes for work, sometimes new ones with the tags still. Honestly Savers has become my favorite clothing store, I find unique, different and pretty clothes.

Ive been a loyal customer of Savers for years. But, lately Im very disappointed with the jewelry department. I know there is plenty of jewelry that could be put out but when you understaff the jewelry dept the stuff doesnt make it into the display case.

Love that their clothes is separated by type and size. Easy for me to pop in and see if they have anything Im looking for in my size and leave quickly if they dont. Usually pretty clean, and I almost always walk away with a new purchase.

A lot of junk at this location but since the area isnt so great you are left with used broken junk and a decent selection of clothes. Just dont over pay as some items being sold are cheaper to buy NEW at the store vs here.

This place had the most HORRIBLE customer service I have ever experienced. Ive worked retail for over ten years and never witness how disrespectful they were to an elder. The prices are also rediculiously high.

This store is definitely over pricing there items. Its ridiculous that there trying to get so much money for what people are donating. I go to lots of thrift stores and so far they are the most expensive.

Do some research and you will find that savers gives virtually no money to charity....and none locally. They are being criminally investigated and are are nothing more than big profit flim flam artists.

Awesome thrift store loved by the local community. Donation center is open for all hours of the store, and thy will give you coupons and donation receipts. The staff has been pretty friendly overall.

Since they moved in I never go to the Goodwill across the street anymore. However the shoes are way over priced for what they are. Its almost full retail price for a well worn pair of shoes. Bizarre
