i went in a month after i purcheased the LG7 tablet because it wouldnt turn on :( they pulled up my account and said i didnt have insurance on it and they couldnt help me. the sales person said i had to call tech support and talk to them. but when i purchased the tablet a month ago, i had to get it with insurance. thats what the same sales person i was talking to was the same guy who sold me the tablet a month ago. they refused to help me and kept responding you have no insurance you have to call tech support. I left and called tech support while driving home. i explained the situation and the tech support confirmed i had insurance, and he asked me what the problem was. i told him it just wont turn on or its just a black screen. he told me to hold the start button and the volume buttons down and within 8 seconds it turned on. the tech said all sprint personal know how to turn on a tablet or phone, the tech said, it sounds like the person was lazy that he didnt even bother pulling up your account and obviously to lazy to even make an attempt to hold the power button for 8 seconds. The sales person was the light skinned heavy set Hispanic man. i never had problems with sprint. i guess its just this store. because the tech support was quick to help and start my tablet before i even got home :) go to a real sprint store, this store sells sprint phones and plans but will not help if you have problems with your device. they will just send you away to become someone elses problem.

Went in to pay my bill. Immediately greated and Danny was my sales associate. I vented about my terrible service and plan. He went over several plans, compared them on paper, so I could really see and compare plans and prices. I also had a coupon for a free car headset. I love it. I was offered a choice of colors too. Black, pink or white. I opted for white. Danny also mentioned that I was eligible for my free upgrade. I totally did not even know. I am leaning towards the samsung note edge thingy. Yeah. Anyways, I paid my bill with a 1.00 service charge. Got some great advice too. Thank you Danny. I will be back in a few weeks for my upgrade and pick up the new phone. Two thumbs up for DANNY and his GREAT, ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service. I have not had great service, like this on a real long time. I generally HATED coming to this store. Ill be back, as long as Danny is working. Thanks again. You Danny, need to TRAIN others. You are a great leader. Thanks again.

Store has never been closed, just under new management. This is the home of one the most honest teams whilst providing great customer service. You wont regret coming here for help. They are creative problem solvers. Ask any question and I guarantee it will be answered with solid knowledge, and coupled with options specifically for YOU.

Natali & Tiffany helped me upgrade my plan & get the tablet plan! I cant thank them enough..sadly wasnt able to keep my number because the manager San got the process confused on Transfer of Liability.. Still enjoyed my time & service!
