needed to talk to a manager since they could not help me over the phone and needed paperwork proof Walked in, told it would be a few minutes. Waited 10 min and asked again on wait. Greater went and checked with manager, came back and told me 2-3 min. Waited another 10 min. Asked again. Was now told it could be another 20 min. WTF This was after receiving horrible service over the phone and forcing me to make a trip in that I did not want to make. My experiences today have pushed me from a decade long customer with a question, to someone who is now actively trying to break away from ATT to switch carriers. That is if I can ever speak to someone to ax my plan

If I could give it zero stars I would. What a joke of a company just looking to rip off its customers. Never use AT&T unless you wish to be flat out robbed. My dad recently died with an unpaid phone bill, and I need to unlock his phone. I have been to 3 different AT&T stores with his death certificate, and only to be pushed to another one because no one seems to know how to help a customer unlock a phone. The guy at this specific location even held up the unlock screen that needed to be filled out on his iPad and refused to help me unlock it in the store. What a disgrace.

Went there on Saturday, 7/15/17 @11AM. Told the agent what I wanted and was second on the list. Agents were serving other customers. One of them finished with a customer and it was my turn, but this guy kept talking personal things without caring for other people waiting!! The manager acted like an arrogant idiot!! He went to help other customers when it was my turn!! After waiting for one hour, I was told that the phone I was going to buy was not in stock!!! I dont know about other times, but this time this manager should go and get another job!!!

The sales rep Kevin was great. The place is amazing at helping. Got me out of a lot of bad things with T-mobile. Saved me a lot of money and appreciate all the help he provided. The service is 10x better then T-mobile and everything works. Thanks for everything setting up my shared plan.

Worst store ever! The sales person asked me to buy the iPhone 6 and opened one extra line which I dont need...charge me extra $50 dollars on my phone bill. I will never ever go to this store anymore! They were trying to rip me off! I wish there is zero star to grade them!

The best ever after driving 2 different branch ( Lake and Foothill) . The manager and the sales man name Brandon goes above and beyond helping us. Great job .. friendly and helpful !!!
