I only give 1 star for security. The interior is on total lockdown, aint nobody gonna steal from them! However, personnel attendance is lacking. Office hours are 9-7. It is now 9:04 AM and Im in a rush. If the personnel came now I would still have to wait additional minutes for booting up and prepping, etc...

ever since the new owner took over Ive seen a big improovement in service. I went in to ship back my U-verse dvr and the girl at the counter was well informed and knew exactly how to process my order.
