I told one of their associates exactly what I needed in terms of a wireless router, ie. One to support standard wi-fi but also an IP phone. They recommended a Linksys which I bought. After one hour of tech support with Linksys they told me that this router would not support an IP phone. I tried to return it to Office Depot who wold not accept anything other than a one for one exchange, no refund or anything else. The manager Alex was pretty rude and unsympathetic. (Not a good way to run a business; short sighted, loss of a customer, bad internet reviews etc. etc.). I guess he must not have wanted a $ 60 return on this monthly sales figure...

I walked in at 7:15pm was greeted by a sales associate. I was looking at purchasing a laptop. To my surprise I was in the store without being acknowledged or even asked if I needed help which I did at the time. Instead 1 "mod" 2 or 3 associates chatting in the front, the copy associate seemed to be busy doing an order. After 15mins of being in the store I walked out and went to the Staples in Cypress where I was taken care of.

The sales person helped me find an item from the back with no delay, he then helped us carry it to the register and then out to the car. He shook our hands and wished us well. Also the item was cheaper than Amazon.
