Been shopping here for 10 years. Used to be a decent store. But in the last year SOMETHING HAPPENED TO THE QUALITY OF THIS STORE. Long time employees are gone. Store is not as organized. Long lines at checkout. This store relies on the automated/self-checkout which constantly shut-down and are useless if you have more than a couple of small items. The self-checkout is never covered by a cashier who can override the machines (unlike Home Depot where they always have someone present at self-check). Any time of day or night there is rarely more than one register manned by a cashier. Lines get to 10, 15, even 20 customers deep before they open another register. But managers never step up and take a register themselves. Just stand around "directing traffic". Service is ridiculous. Employees are constantly blocking the grocery section with pallets and crates. Milk and other dairy/deli is past expiration dates or has been allowed to sit out, get warm and spoil (but you dont know this until you go to use it a day or two later). Only shop here due to proximity. Will often walk in, see the lines and walk out again. Talking to neighbors and other customers it seems many others are doing the same and driving up to the nearby Wal Mart or another Target.

Self check out is a joke! Every single time there are issues while Im trying to check out. I scan an item and place it in the bagging area and then it prompts me to place it in the bagging area when its already in there or it says there is an unidentified object and to remove from bagging area. Then you also have to wait for an associate to come clear the screen so you can continue and sometimes it can take a while before they come. Seriously just get in line and wait for a human being to check you out. I always use self checkout at Ralphs and I never have an issue but here at target its every time. Today I finally gave up on this store and just left my basket there. Ill take my business somewhere else.

This is a slightly smaller Target than usual. It doesnt have as many items as the Cerritos West Target on South and Gridley but I live 2 minutes away from here so for the most part it gets the job done. If Im looking for a bigger purchase, like bedding/heaters/furniture/etc. then I tend to make the drive out to the other Target. Overall its nice, clean and plenty of parking. Doesnt usually get as crowded either since it seems to be more of a neighborhood Target.

This target isnt as nice as the one on south St. Its usually pretty messy and Ihe staff always seems to be in a sour mood. Im not sure if its the usual time of day I go (7pm-9pm) but the whole store just seems worn out. And the lighting seems to be a little yellower than most places, making it appear more run-down. Otherwise though, it has most of the things I need and it serves its function.

I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received while visiting. It does take a lot to keep a business like this afloat and while making customer service your top priority, some may see this as challenging. I would definitely return as they rank high marks with me on the appearance and maintenance side.

The customer service was great, the gentleman who helped me out was nice and cleared up some questions I had about their return policy for a tower fan. The movies are mostly always stocked which I love cuz its better than walmart.. its clean and organized as well as fresh during a hot day. Lol

Customer service could be better here. It also seems like the baby/toddler section is always not stocked and missing items on the shelves. Sometimes my family has to make trips to another store to get what we could have gotten from this Target.

Only had a few items. Needed i expected it to have everythingi needed so i didnt have to ho to another store. Could barely get in the aisles from them estocking the shelves at 10am they should done that from the time they opened....

Been here 3 times now and its always been a disappointment. Never have anything I need in stock, isles are torn back unorganized, and the staff have no brain cells. Wont be back because Walmart down the street has it more together.

Employees ignored the customers that were throwing merchandise at each other, cursing, and yelling at the kids with them. I heard a few items that were thrown break. I couldnt wait to get out of this store.

Love having a Target in my backyard. Clean and not overly crowded. Great selections and lots of parking. My go to place for anything that I need to see in person or cannot wait for Amazon shipping.

Older and smaller location. They have a nice big parking lot thats easy to navigate. They have your typical Target items. You can double-check if an item is in stock on their website.

Its extremely messy at this target. Customers come in and make a mess everywhere and it doesnt seem like target associates hardly if ever keep the store clean and tidy...

Pharmacy inside Target is convenient when they have your prescription in stock. Transferring prescriptions wasnt as easy as other CVS Pharmacy freestanding stores.

Its like any Target store Ive been at but I like it better than Wal-Mart. It was also convenient to buy bottled waters since Regional Park is next to it.

Very bad customer service and rude associates. Sent me back to have the coupon printed. Target on South street is the best. If an option avoid this one.

Always seem to be stocking, aisles are blocked, carts are always outside, only self check out and customer service open to check out. This around 10am

This is a fairly clean and well organized Target, nothing special. Prices are decent as always (love it when they have limited edition movies though)

Compared to other targets in the area, this one is generally busier. The self checkout is quite robust, but it does little to alleviate the wait.

NEVER stocked, employees are not helpful and there are never enough checkout lines open. They are trying to FORCE you to use self checkout lines

Its well organized. The back has electronics and tvs. Also in case the front lines are too long someone in electronics can serve as a cashier.

Never any cashier lanes open. Parking in front is rare. Parts of the store like the shopping cart area and shoe dept. are always nasty.
