The store is lovely and the prices are great but the way some of the managers speak to the employees is horrible and unprofessional!! I was in this store a little while ago and I overheard a "manager" by the name of Myda (spelling could be wrong) yelling at one of the salesgirls and speaking to her in a rude and unprofessional way! I havent been back to this store since. I rather shop at a store with higher prices who know how to treat their employees than go to this Forever21 where a management person doesnt know how to treat employees with courtesy and respect. This manager, Myda, was a Asian woman whos english was horrible, she was rude and just mean, if I had of been the young lady she was speaking to in that manner I would have walked right out of the store and filed a complaint with the labor board!

Love the store and the prices. Every time I check out the sales person are nice to me except today. Today I was attended by a guy on the upstair section it was about 7 or 8pm. I didnt get his name. Some things that my mom got were on sale but for some reason it wasnt ringing up the correct price. So when I told him thatif he wanted me to take a picture, were the table said the sale price he said "no, its just its hard to change the prices" and with a bit of attitude. Love the store but if the employers are going to be rude I rather go somewhere else.

I witnessed that manager too. She is so unprofessional and the employee should slap a lawsuit against the company since she is still employed. California laws protect employee against such harassment.
