I shopped at this store A LOT for myself, my wife and my 3 daughters for years and now because of 1 incident I will NEVER RETURN to a Burlington Coat Factory! Ill stick with TJ Maxx and Ross who actually HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY! I purchased 2 outfits there on a Sunday night for a new job I was starting Monday. The outfits were 2 dress shirts, a Tie, dress pants and shoes all for $60 which was a pretty good deal...I THOUGHT! I purchased shirts that came with ties in a box not on a hanger. I purchased them thinking I knew my size, and when I got home as normal I took off the tags and tried them on. I realized the shirt was one size too small but being it was 1030 at night Id wear it tomorrow and then return both outfits the next day or exchange for a different size. On the back of the receipt the return policy says "SIMPLE, IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY FOR ANY REASON BRING IT BACK WITH IN 30 DAYS AND GET YOUR PURCHASE PRICE BACK....LIES! They refused to exchange or return my clothes saying my "they looked worn and I didnt have the tags" I said I told you from the get go I wore one outfit today for work one is never been worn the tags are in the trashcan at home along with the bag I can find the same outfit on this Ford probe this is from your store plus I have the receipt. This purchase was made less than 24 hours ago How worn could theyve looked?? And after going back-and-forth they refuse to exchange or return my items and because of that I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO BURLINGTON AGAIN FOR MY FAMILY OF 5!!! What this business failed to do is honor their return policy treat returning customers good, because of that they lost out on a family of 5 who wouldve been returning customers. Now T.J. Maxx and Ross can happily have my BUSINESS as an ve been through the same situation with them and NEVER EVER HAD A PROBLEM RETURNING!! Always treat customers good and be fair or you wont have customers any longer...ASK THE GOOD GUYS, K-MART, SEARS, or any other major store you thought would never go out of business...

I love Burlington Stores, but I wont be returning to this location! I went last night and they had a table full of socks and the top layer was batman and superman socks. The sign said "5 for $9.99"! I was like wow what a deal! Thinking its too good to be true I asked a sales associate on the floor and he said I dont know, and put them back. I decided to take them up to the register and asked... She said nope these arent on sale. I can only give you a discount. The clerk at the counter over said oh yeah i saw those and thought they were a great deal too! The manager said no its probably a mistake. In short, Burlington employees make an error. Their staff doesnt care to fix it and various employees seen it thought out the day... Here I come thinking Im getting a heck of a deal and they wont honor the display they have put up! Wow! False Advertisement! Thanks Burlington in Fullerton

Worst customer service in the county. Waited in line to check out with some ponytailed white guy working the register. After fifteen minutes of serving the same customer unsuccessfully he closed his register and moved to another, leaving me and the other people waiting to rot. A ¨Precious¨ lookalike then took over his line and stared at the machine for over five minutes before touching it at all (I counted). Guess that her fingernails were too expensive to damage by doing her job or something... Four of us walked out of the store, leaving our items on the floor. This place is a joke, but not a funny one. Criminals should shoplift here. Itś obvious that the employees don´t care anyway.

Horrible customer service...very rude especially the manager...i just wanted to do an exchange but they wouldnt allow me unless i had an I.D and i dint have one at the moment, i would have been happy if they gave me store credit..i mean its just an exchange i dont understand why they need so much personal information. .NO HAPPINESS GUARANTEED...many places always has a way to make the customer happy and they did not...THE MANAGER just kept questioning me in a demeaning tone like "HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE A STATE ID, NOT EVEN A DRIVERS LICENSE COME ON!"...IN A VERY RUDE WAY...I WILL MAKE SURE CORPORATE HEARS ABOUT HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS...THIS STORE IS GOING DOWN....EMBRACE THE SUCK BITCHES!!!!

Should have read the reviews first. No one on the floor, one mirror in the entire coat section, everything miscategorized, and no one on registers. I did wait in line to ask about layaway because I found a few gems, but the cashiers not only were slow and rude, they let other customers cut in front of me with no explanation. I dropped my items and left after a fifteen minute wait and when the second person cut in front of me to pick up their layaway. Even on my way out, I heard the cashiers talking about me in Spanish. Normally Id find a manager, but the whole experience wasnt even worth it.

All I can say this place really sux when u get a gift for christimas and u want to exchange it. I had a really bad experience here and please dont deal with these bunch of bad young people working here. I tryed to exchange a shirt that didnt fit me for another 1 they said no. 1st time and last time dealing with this store. If ya want a nice burlington coat factory store to buy from go to the Bella Terra in huntington Beach they will treat u like a person and not like a criminal like I was treated here in Fullerton. Another thing this store in fullerton is a big mess.

Attention Shoppers, this is one of the worst Burlington Coat Factories I have visited. They have Very Bad Customer Service! I waited in line for 30 to 45 minutes only to purchase a few items. The Cashiers are very slow and not very friendly. Keep in mind this is during a normal day around 2pm, only three cashiers on duty while the supervisor looks on to the line growing. I wouldnt even think about shopping here during a hoilday. If you have plenty of time on your hands, by all means shop here, if not dont waist your time. Time is Money! Good Luck!

Tienen un buen surtido y variedad de artículos de marcas reconocidas, desafortunadamente con el clima tan caluroso del verano y con problemas en el aire acondicionado de la tienda...no fue una experiencia muy agradable mi última visita.

I am pretty frustrated w/ this place. I had an item placed on hold and I was clearly told by the mgr that I can go pick it up the next day when they open. Obviously it was sold to someone else, since when I arrrived, it was gone and I had to wait a little over an hour. That mgr needs to make sure that the employee understands it's on hold, instead of me waiting as they try to look all over for it.

They have alot to choose from for the whole fam and great prices. Only thing is I went to find pants for my five year old and found a empty section for his size 5/6 sucks because they have trendy clothing at a great price did find matching ripped scooped black tees for my son and daughter. Daughter wore hers like a dress. Took some great pics!
