this place is convenient because its close to home. BUT ITS EXTREMELY SHADY!!!!! they FORCE YOU into getting a plan. how? they tell you that theres no other plans available. I went to upgrade my contract and get the new iPhone 6. When i went inside to upgrade they told me THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN UPGRADE is if you get the "iPhone for Life" i just wanted a two year contract. Their response was "NO YOU CANT DO THAT ANYMORE"...i had no choice but to get it. I call sprint the next day and they tell me that what their doing is not mandated. THE CUSTOMER DOES HAVE THE OPTION TO GET ANY PLAN THEY WANT REGARDLESS OF THE PHONE. this location just lost my trust and I am telling future and current customers NOT TO TRUST THIS STORE.

Bad customer service, the first time they always are happy, but if you want to cancel the service or want diferent service they become upset, my son want to cancel the service we went two or three times and they always said that the computer was down, unfortunately my son went alone and an employee took his cell phone but the computer was down again and he told my son that he cant make the receipt, because, but i will put on the system as soon the computer working and now my son has to pay for the cell. Definitely bad service.

Do not trust your business to Sprint or this store. Employees believe that policy is one thing, but when you call corporate, they contradict store employees and then redirect you to them. You are on your own with Sprint. Do not expect any thing other than a greeting or an "Im sorry".

Poor costumer service, I waited 1 hour and a half for them to help me and all so they could tell me that i didnt qualify for an upgrade. What a waste of time!
