Its so stuffy on that store. You dont want to stay and shop, get on and out or you melt. The layout isnt the best. We needed a backpack for back to school. We had to go up to the 3rd floor way back corner and sort through about 40 total. This was hard because a family of 5 was sitting right Infront of the backpacks and wouldnt move. Even when I asked they just looked àt me. They could see we were trying to look directory behind them. Rudeness is everywhere today.

Me molesta que no tengan máquinas para checar precios. Va uno a la caja a pagar y salen con otros precios. Deberían de poner las maquinas de verificar precios para no perder tiempo en las cajas.

Went last night and they woldnt honor thier coupon since i had a brand that was not included.Supervisor wont help or make it right and smirked and laughed at me when i expressed my displeasure at this..Not sure if i will be comming back.Been a long time JcPenny shopper.Sadily some tbier customer service folks dont have a clue about Customer service.

Watch for the sale prices on mens shirts and cargo shorts. Sometimes you can find some good deals if you look for them. There are only 2 checkout registers on the first floor so the lines can be long and the service very slow. If you have any questions about the clothes, dont expect help from the employees. There arent any available.

What happened to the once well organized and clean JCP? Merchandise is not easy to find, over abundance of a hodge podge of clothes in place; particularly in the womens section. I opted to leave and will head to the JCP in Westminster. I now wish I could have taken pictures of the stack of clothes everywhere.

Im not a shopper here but I think I will be now! Lol I walked in there with my sister in law and I was surprised to see how the store was full of deals at good prices. I walked out with a handful of items from clothes to shoes and even jewlery! This place is amazing! :)

I love Pennys for mens stuff...their thing is mens fashion...from sports and lounge wear to button-ups and tailored suits. Their selection of sports gear, and various named brand shoes like Converse is pretty stacked as well.

The clerk was awesome and very helpful, her name was Jasmine at the mens shoes register. She had patients, and kept a good attitude even though my wife and I were on a different page Jasmine was on both of ours. Good job.

I love JCP. They have good merchandise at a good price. I always start my shopping there. Its a challenge sometimes to find someone on the floor to assist, but everyone is courteous and helpful.

Waited in line with many other customers with one cashier, I had to ask him to call for help! He called 3 times before another cashier came. She was not customer friendly. Very unhappy!
