From the start I was welcomed and respected by everyone, although I assumed it was because they wanted the sale and in the big scheme of things I didnt really matter, I was quickly proven wrong. I described what I wanted the way only a woman could and they picked a few cars based on that. I saw the logic, but nothing jumped out at me and I was starting to get discouraged. I didnt want to waste their time or ask too much of them. Then Andy asked me to take a walk around the parking lot while I analyzed cars, all the while he was keeping a mental list (in 100 degree heat none the less) of my top choices. He checked to see if I qualified for them, and I did, for 3 out of 4. The first one didnt start up, no big deal, on to the next one and the next one. I picked the Toyota Solara to test drive, and as soon as I put my foot to the pedal I knew I would buy this car (and I did). They wanted me to drive away with it that day, but couldnt because I needed to get to work and drove myself. Andy drove me to the bank to get my down payment and I went home for the weekend. Monday rolled around and I realized again that I couldnt make it to pick up my car, so I called to let them know and Eric answered. When I told him the situation he instantly offered to come pick me up (a good 45 minutes away). We decided Wednesday would work best. He confirmed the day before, with both e-mail and a phone call, and picked me up at my house Wednesday, in pouring rain, to finalize the paperwork. Again, everyone was awesome in every way. In the end I bought a great car, had excellent and personal service, and walked away with the utmost respect for the Drive Time crew and felt overly satisfied with my decision and the process. I would absolutely recommend them hands down to everyone.

We just had the absolute best car buying experience!!!!!! We have been in the market for a new (used) vehicle and were interested in trading on our 12 Honda and were turned down everywhere we went. Our sales associate was CRYSTAL and she made the entire process super easy and smooth. Drivetime offered us the MOST for our trade in compared to all the other places we had gone and wasted time at. We got to test drive 2 cars we were really interested in, and not just a go around the block test drive, we actually got to test drive on the highway and on military. Crystal also got us an amazing deal on insurance before we left. Thank you to MARIA @ Pronto Insurance for the incredible deal!!! Drivetime approved me and got me into the car I love! Big thanks to Joe the finance manager at drivetime for making the process so easy for us to understand and answering all out of questions. After looking at serveral dealerships in San Antonio,i couldnt get a vehicle with what i had for a down payment. After remembering the tv commercials as i was getting ready to give up but saw the DriveTime lot at I35/Military Dr.and just drove in as a last ditch effort. As soon as i got off to look around , a very nice young man by the name of Javier Ramirez came and greeted me and my wife, and after talking with him and told what we had and needed he was able to make some recommendations ,we picked out a vehicle, test drove it and made the deal. It was surprisingly easy and everything was done in a matter of a couple of hours. DriveTime has very good vehicles, and i will recommend them.

Got into an accident on Christmas eve and I was in a credit bind when I went shopping for cars. After 3 dealerships denied me and lowered my credit score, I went to the go 2 guys in particular one go 2 guy. I came in and I seen Joseph Leo Holland and we spent sometime working numbers. He told me how much I needed and I was able to drive off the lot with the car of my choice. I appreciate his customer service and him not being judgmental about credit situation and was able to get through my application and see that my income was relevant and I was able to make the monthly payments. If you come to the go 2 guys, also go to the guy thats not judgmental and that guy is Joseph Leo Holland

Such a great car buying experience! Too often you go to dealerships and theyre so aggressive with their sales and its intimidating and stressful. Not here at Drivetime. The associate that helped me, Kurt was so awesome! He walked me through every step in the process and I never felt stressed or pressured into anything! Even had an insurance mishap and Kurt went out of his way to call my company to attempt to get information as well! Such as great experience! I dont know why I ever thought to go anywhere else! I was really kind of sick to my stomach I know what its like to have to buy a car salesmen are like vultures , you tell them you got so much money and they haggle all day with you so you will end up giving them more. Well not here! I went i told them how much I had to put down they said ok asked me what I was wanting and BAM I found a car no hassles no back and forth all day. Only a couple of hours I was out of there with a great car, and with my bad credit they made it so I would get my credit back in shape. I cant say enough good things about drive time Thanks!!!!

I have been totally stressed, for the past month with having transportation. On this day 9/6/16, my friend and I went into Drive Time, we were greeted by sales Rep Cynthia Mathis, and she asked, if she could help me. The atmosphere was great. Ms. Mathis, was great. She really helped me and worked with me to get a nice car. On this day I, purchased a 2011 Toyota Camry, with Ms. Mathiss. I am so thankful for Drive Time. Dont waste your time here. I am now stuck with a car that Ive had for only four months and having to get fixed for the second time in just four months. And when I asked if I could trade it in, I dont mind paying a down payment was told that I would have to pay off 3/4 of the car to trade in!!!! What so I have to pay off nearly the total amount of a car that has issue and is unsafe to drive with my children in to get a more decent car.. crazy now I have to pay a car note and be paying repairs on a car I just bought.. how is that fair..
