TL;DR Took my car in for ac not cooling, shaking steering wheel, interior fabric liner, they say its a gauge, brakes, and some glue, Over 1k later car is supposedly fixed, well brakes down 2 weeks later. 2 years later find another problem leaves me stranded. New staff wants to fix my car, charged me more, DIDNT FIX MY CAR! Get your european car serviced elsewhere. -------------- About 2 years ago I took my car in on a cloudy day, I went in and told the service manager at the time my 3 major problems. Which were my ac was not working properly(not cooling), every time I pressed on the brakes my steering wheel would shake and some of the interior liner had come undone(fabric wise). I then told them I had not moved the car in a while so if they could let it run for a while to re-charge the battery, she said sure no problem theyll take care of it. Well 2 days later I get a call along with an email with a quote to fix ac(stating it was a ambient temp gauge thing), change the brakes(because they were badly in need of new ones) and address the interior fabric liner which totaled over 1k. I agreed, and they proceed to work on the car, now 2 weeks later comes time to pick up my car(giddy I am to have a perfectly working car), show up and pay I do. Walk to my car and the car to my surprise is a WRECK!!! It seems as though they rolled the windows(I have a sunroof) down that day I dropped it off and it rain like crazy. So now the leather is soaked, there is dirt and a smell like you could not believe, I told the service manager and she said,"Im certain your car was already like that sir." I could not believe her, she even goes as far and say I gave you a free battery so I wouldnt fuss about the over all condition of my car. Oh my! A battery...! Well then she begs me to not make a big deal or she will get fired, and promises to have my car washed immediately!!!(3 exclamations points for the urgency/empathy she did not show) So I didnt make a big deal, when the car comes back from was an hour later, there are these little silver tabs that go on the car for detail(interior- as a part of the console tab) were missing, knocked off assuming and sucked in by the guy/girl who washed my car, but they of course denied that my car ever had it( even as I asked them to check the vacuum bin, which they did Im sure when I left). Now present day(June 2015), another rainy day comes and I mysteriously get stranded on the road, low and behold the battery they "gave me" was not secured properly and grounded out my car in the middle of a storm! So, I call to complain to Auto Group of SA and now present day they have new management who were not surprised to hear about the service I had received from the previous manager, and agreed to fix my car at no cost to me( oh my I couldnt believe it, what a relief so i thought ). They welcomed me and promised me the car would get fixed, got me a rental, and I was totally blown away by the change of personnel. I get a call from Auto Group a couple day later, stating it was only freon(charged me about $130 for servicing the ac) and it wasnt the brakes that made my steering wheel shake it was something else that would cost me an additional $500 so I declined that but still was stoaked to have ac. Here we are 2 weeks later and no ac again, so I take it in and say no, it not the freon it a controller maybe, I ask you guys will cover it right, Auto group response "uh, no sir, thats something else. Youll have to pay", well no thank you! Fool me once, fool me twice, you know the saying. Hence, LOOK ELSE where to get your BMW fixed(under schedule service tab on their website it does say "San Antonio Euro) you would think they specialized in getting it right for all makes/class euro and not guessing what could be wrong.

Let me start out by saying this was my first experience purchasing a vehicle. My husband and I are from out of town and he spoke to Kat over the phone about coming to look at a vehicle he found on the website. Kat was very nice and even sent him pictures via text for further investigation. He let her know when we would be arriving and we set up a time to meet at the lot. When we arrived (on time), the truck my husband and I were coming to view was filthy. The outside had oak pollen covering it and we werent even able to see minor imperfections on the truck because of this. The bed of the truck was under tons of oak pollen and leaves. No one took the time to clean the vehicle we SCHEDULED to come view!!! Upon opening the truck up we noticed it too was filthy and had not even been wiped down or vacuumed. I could not have been more disappointed. What a lack of professionalism. Kat did apologize twice but still, she knew we were coming and it was more than disappointing to see a possible future purchase so dirty and unkept. When you are shopping for a vehicle and are going to spend the money on it, it should look as pristine as possible. The attitude of the staff was far less than desirable, as most of the staff was rude and/or on the porch smoking and visiting with each other. The lack of respect we received and the appearance of the vehicle should have kept us from purchasing the vehicle but we still went ahead and purchased the truck. They cleaned the truck while we were signing papers but it should have been clean before we arrived. On our way back to our home town, the truck broke down and we had to take it to a dealership and have it fixed. San Antonio Auto Group did not connect some of the replacement parts (THEY replaced!!!) correctly. Several brand new parts were incorrectly installed. You have got to be kidding me!!! I could not be more dissatisfied with the San Antonio Auto Group and would advise all to STAY AWAY!! They treated us like we were a joke from the minute we walked on the property. I would not recommend the San Antonio Auto Group to anyone looking for a pleasant car buying experience.

Buyer Beware: I purchase a 2001 Chevy Truck for $9000,00 cash. I was told by the Sales Person Greg Pancake that they have the best Service Techs and has passed all the inspections and we should be able to get a lot of use of the truck if we take care of it we should not run into any problems. 58 days after we purchased the vehicle it started leaking oil (so I thought). I took it into a Valvoline to see where the problem was coming from and was told it was leaking all types of liquids. I dropped off the truck at San Antonio Auto Group to get check out I was sure they would not have sold me a truck that would have a big issue. I had to follow up twice since I never got a phone call for an update. Finally I got an email with what was wrong with my truck. Value cover gasket (leaking)- 131.75 Power steering line (leaking)-88.00 Gearbox (leaking)-862.50 Alignment -99.00 Transfer change pin (cracked) -1903.00 Oil Pan Gasket (leaking) -301.50 Oil Cooler Lines (leaking)-298.00 Hydro Boost (Leaking)-815.50 Trans Cooler line fitting a radiator- 195.50 Total for repairs $4,606.75 This is at a discounted price. I spoke with the General Manager Tom Tatum and he was not very helpful his said "what do we expect with a high mile vehicle". I expect to be able to drive it longer than 58 days. After much debate of only wanting to give us $4,000 they finally agreed to give us $5,000.00. They took back the truck but did not give us all our money back. They sold the truck to us for $9,000 and gave us $5,000. how is that fair?
