STAY AWAY! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Also they do not give you the car that you registered for online, it magically became a smaller vechile at the same rate. The manager is rude for lack of a better word. The sales team staff as well, they arent the most intellectual beings. Make sure to read the fine print before you go here! Our story is as follows, I had already payed for the rental vehicle when the over vigilant manager came outside to threaten me and my fiancè. She was extremely rude to my fiancè, and told us that she would void our transaction as if we were a couple of children. So of course I decided to cancel and get my refund and leave, while the manager sat there and had no remorse whatsoever. I would rather give them a negative score if it was possible. The receptionist also was extremely rude and needs to read a book in customer service, they are very pushy and try to sell you a bunch of things in correlation to your rental agreement. When asked what she was talking about on several occasions, she had no direct clear answers. The entire time I was at the store talking to her, the best way to describe my experience was similar to sitting in a rocking chair. On one note, the gentleman who was helping us outside was extremely nice and should be promoted as the new manager there. Perhaps the store would actually have customers if he was in charge. I solely blame the manager for an awful experience, she should be fired. I would like to let everyone know that I went on to enterprise rent a car and did not have one issue with them. Very friendly staff and great customer service and they can take jokes also ;-). Lastly, just save your time, go somewhere else!

Cant beat the quality and competitive pricing! They had a printed spread sheet of every car in their inventory with year, make, model, color, mileage, and price which saved time. Compared to other dealers having to log into computers or walk their entire lots. Sales rep Belle V. and Manager Brad were true professionals, very welcoming, answered all our questions and never rushed the process. We also received full vehicle history without asking for it. We will definitely be back for our next car purchase.
