I have had the same problem as most of the reviews about this place . My Husband and I bought a car in April, they said it was in fine working condition it turns out it needs a new transmission not even a month later it does not start.On top of everything we still do not have plates and they promised it would not take more than a month it has been three months going on four and still no plates. They promised to drop the plates off when they arrived and still nothing . I do not understand what they gain by having such horrible customer service and flat out lying to people once they get their money . This place should be shut down because these guys are just con artist.

Crappy Business. This car lot took my son for about 2K. They said if anything would happen to his car, he would have a month to bring it back. Not true. They took him for his money. They didnt even offer him another vehicle or his money back. I think its about time to get the BBB involved. I, also heard, that the business went Bankrupt. If that was true, why would the new owner add Lone Star to the old car lot. Hmm.

DO NOT COME HERE ! Its been MONTHS since I bought my car and they still cannot give me my plates or tags I paid for when I got the car ! Ive left my number and have gone by multiple times and the manager never there Ive already had 3 temporary tags. I call and when I get upset they just hang up . They promise to fix my windshield and back light and NEVER did .

I have to say, this was the easiest time I have ever had buying a car. The guys I dealt with were friendly, honest, and the car I bought runs well. And, to top it all off, they called us later that night saying that they had put an ad out listing the car as cheaper, so they were refunding us $200, even though we had not seen the ad.

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FROM HERE. I PURCHASED A CAR I SPENT OVER $2,000 CASH ON SEPTEMBER 15, 2016. ITS JUNE 22, 2017. I STILL HAVE TO RECEIVE MY TITLE OR PLATE. I HAVE BEEN PATIENT AND BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Update. Going to get my plates. Car was a good price... Finally got my plates.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE they will take your money & sell you a peice of junk!!!! I had bought a 2005 chevy malibu from here Boy even a Month later my transmission went out! I called and gabriel basically told me TOO BAD the BBB NEEDS TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN
