first and foremost when i got my car there, their were signs that said BUY HERE< PAY HERE so there should be NO FINANCE CO!!! Second my paper work was WRONG they gave me another persons information and wrong vehicle information on my paperwork that had the deferment payments. I was going by that paperwork to remind myself to pay them, and one day i went home for lunch and Ahammed and a girl show up saying my payment was late and that they were going to have to tow my car and or folloe me to ATM. I look at my paperwork and i see that my payment is not due till OCT 2016.. then I look at paperwork on deferment and it is the wrong name, and wrong vehicle. I told Ahhmaed that they messed up not me. and why should I pay 150 on a tow that never came because I went to ATM and they followed and got their payment. I asked to speak to his BOSS he gave me Mohhammed and the first thing he says to me over the phone is I was just thinking of you!!! GOING BACK TO WHEN I first was buying and signing the paperwork HE MOHHAMED asked RICH if I was single!!! they are also perverts their so FEMALES BEWARE!!! First of all Mohammed, Ahhamed (however names are spelled work and are famly of the true owner of this place AUTO DEALS! I will be reporting them to the media, BBB and the Government will be involved as well. Rich works there, so has to put up with their BS, They also put in a GPS in all cars purchased as to find you and the car to get it picked up.. FYI they put the GPS on the wheel. The finance company is just as crooked as they are. Edward if that is his real name is the head manager , they are also rude there...and only send out emails, they took my car because I had changed insurances and they did not have copy. I will be going in today afer just getting out of the hospital with LUPUS to pick up my belongings, and after reading some of these comments they better be prepared to give me my things or the media will be called and so forth... I am going to make a group on facebook called auto deals people who got screwed. If you all want we can ALL get together and go downtown and file a report to have them loose their license etc. I have an attorney friend who is ready and willing to help US all out so they do not scam other people again. That is how they are making business by doing what they do. I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I STEPPED FOOT INTO AUTO DEALS PROPERTY. so message me at lisamh1003@gmail or facebook me Lisa Hernandez and we can start a petition etc and it helps that I will have JAG the Government Lawyers on my side... MESSAGE ME if you all want to see results and see this company, and finance Company get in trouble doing WRONGS to good, honest, hard working people in SAN ANTONIO. LET"S PUT AN END TO THIS. If i could I wouldnt even give this place a star or even half a star not even 2 weeks of having the car I purchased from this place the engine light was blinking, not just on but blinking, and when I called them so they can check it they said it was a simple fix, the battery, than a week or so pass and same thing except this time the car is not only shaking but the who engine block was bouncing, I call them again and the put it on the computer and erase all the codes and said nothing was wrong with it, and same thing happened again only a few days after and I took it upon myself to have my husband do a tune up on it because they said they dont do that when they sale the cars that its my responsibility so I said ok and did the tune up, worked fine for a couple days and same thing happened again so my husband kept spending more and more money to fix the car bcuz they said they werent going to, so now thinking about it they were just pushing my issue off until I passed my 30 days so that they can say that I past the 30 days that its not there issue anymore its mine which is so ridiculous, the entire time they were giving me faulse information, so when I finally had enough I took the car in and demanded that they check it a new mechanic they had just hired told me that Im lucky I even made it to the shop because the mufflers were bright red and the car would have caught fire, him telling me that the car they sold me had a broken catalytic converter and the mufflers were clogged, and the amount of time that I had the car, 2 going on 3 months, wouldnt be enough time for that to happen and not only would it risk my life driving that car but my daughters life too, this is just beyond ridiculous Im a first time car buyer and they SCREWED ME OVER on so many levels, its not safe at all buying a car from them they give you false information just to get money out of you, and the disrespect that they have towards people is so bad, they dont care at all about your safety or anything theyre just gonna misinform you until you give them your money. DONT BUY YOUR CARS HERE!!!!! ITS NOT WORTH YOUR LIFE OR THE LIFE OF YOUR FAMILY!!!!!

I bought a 2006 BMW 325i the car was without a battery when I visited the lot. I was advised by Andy that they were going to replace the battery. The car had some interior issues. I was told before the sale that they would be fixed. The interior wasnt fixed at all. The battery would later give out. I still owed $300 on the deferment program (this is a sham avoid at all cost). I didnt start the payments with the finance company. The car would later break down the battery that they gave me was deemed a bad battery from autozone. I reached out to a representative from Autodeals LLC about the issue yet. I paid out of my pocket for a new battery sent a receipt as well. They towed my car to their shop where my car wasnt looked at until the following day. I consistently called received little to no information about the status of everything. I went into the Location today to speak to Alex. I waited for Alex in the parking lot while he was dealing with personal things. He put a friend from a Lexus SUV into a licoln navigator. When we spoke he was unprofessional and argumentative. He stated on a recording that if I found one negative review that he would fix everything. I found several. He continued to raise his voice at one point he grabbed my by my shoulder forcefully. He then told me to leave the property and threatened to call the cops on me. At some point you have to realize that this is unprofessional and this is not a place I would encourage any one to do business with. There are many of other places that would work with credit or situations that I would encourage anyone to do their homework instead of being impulsive and spending your hard earned money on.
